I'm curious whether something is a visual illusion, or if I'm hearing correctly (i.e., that the sounds are different).

When it shows up, move the red line near the bottom of the screen to the time of "3:50."
There's two sets of two trumpeters, one on the left and one on the right.
To me, the pair on the right produce the more-pleasing sound.
Or is this just an illusion, and both sides are producing exactly the same sound?
