There was a rather disturbing development today.
There was a lot of distractions. But, in the middle of it all, some of the top officials at the State Department were fired. The first report was that they had all resigned. Obviously, a planted story.
Why would Trump, and the men behind him, want to get rid of the most experienced, most qualified people in our State Department? And put Putin's oil man in as the Secretary of State?
And, all the while, we were all talking about the wall, and who was going to pay, and the release of the story about the Russian that was charged with treason? And so forth and so forth.
So, why did they fire those top officials in our State Department? We truly need to know.
Kentucky is worried about people being jobless. I am also.

3. Aaaand now he wants to drop all sanctions against Russia.
So many disturbing things today and every day it seems
mavina agrees that indeed the day has had a disturbing turn of events.

4. We will finally get to see if the Republicans have any spine, or heart to fight?
They have stood strong for sanctions against Russia. The Republican Party has not been a strong supporter of Russia or Putin in the past.
If they do not fight against lifting the sanctions on Russia, then they will have shown themselves to not be up to the job. That is the most gentle way we can say it.
Kentucky reveals that source of the disturbance is indeed Putin.

7. It's "alternative fact".
I think I saw it on one of those crawlers on the bottom of the television screen this evening? Sometimes it is difficult to tell, whenever they start dropping several stories at a time, in an attempt to distract people, to the point where they cannot tell the difference, between the real story or the fake story? It does seem very relevant and important to me that the top echelon of the State Department was fired today. ??
Kentucky admits that he simply can follow it all at once.

14. Rachel Maddow reported it tonight
Probably true then.

13. Which was expected.
After the Ukraine change in the RNC platform, dropping the sanctions was a given. What I'm hoping is we've drawn enough eyes to Trumps Russian connections to catch the attention of the press on this move.
This DUmmie expected it all along anyways. He's not disturbed in the slightest.

9. All that historical knowledge is going to be lost
Noble HippieChick recognizes the loss of knowledge that this entails???
If I didn't speak DUmmie these conversations would confuse the hell out me. So many disjointed thoughts.

What President Trump is doing is getting rid of the globalists that were installed in the State Department by President Clinton, and weren't purged by President Bush 43.
-
Don't mind me. I just came by for my daily dose of :ohnoes: from DU :lmao:

Trump doesn't want people in a position of authority who do not support the same agenda has he and his team does. As for knowledge lost, in this case that can be easily re-accessed and acquired from a study of the reports written during the previous administration.

What Would Vladmir Do?

The prior State Dept. was rather unimpressive. Remember Marie Harf and her "jobs for ISIS?" :lmao: What a dumb broad she was.

wwvd probably = what would vlad do...
I wonder if we can get lined up to create wrist bands and sell them to the DUmmies?

Sorry, that debate is over.

Indeed, I remember that bimbo. Unfortunately, Fox News has hired her as a "contributor".

Well from kt's POV,"rather disturbing developments" will be pretty much daily fare.
1.) Be that as it may, the WashPost and other MSM outlets went Fake-News and reported they'd resigned, as if in some sort of heroic symbolic protest. They may have "resigned", but when given a choice: resign or be canned.
2.) This was just a handful of mid-upper bureaucrats, who oversaw the operations of embassies, consulates, and like facilities. Necessary functions, but, contrary to DU-Prog-Lib hysteria-mongering, no diplomatic crises will result, on any level.
The MSM have, since 11/9/2017, been fear-mongering a chaotic administration narrative, and DU-folk have been eagerly lapping it up. Reality has been quite different, but Libs' & Progs' capacity for denial is quite elastic.

Were they the anti-Israel contingent ?

Given a choice I would rather look at her than Alan Combs.

FOX News moving left ?
I thought they had more than enough "democrat talking points" idiots.

Getting rid of the "anti-Israel contingent" would probably make Foggy Bottom a ghost town. Cleaning out the State Department would probably take more than two Presidential terms. Unless some sort of tipping point were reached in the clean-out where the rats working contrary to US interests realized their jig is up and they started jumping ship.

...
Turns out this "mass resignation-in-protest" story was fake-news from the WashPost. The bureaucrats, being in appointed positions, tendered their resignations, following the custom for such positions. And the Trump Administration accepted their resignations. IOW, the same sort of thing that probably happened in 2009, 2001, 1993 ... . Normalcy hysteriacized by the WashPost.

What Would Vladmir Do?
I was thinking World Wide Vampire Dating.
Remember, we are dealing with a bunch of DUmmies.

A couple of these state people were part of the Benghazi fiasco. They need to perp walked into federal prison, instead of letting them resign.
