We were going to the march tomorrow. Now I read that it ignores HRC??

What

The

****?

Is this true?????

Well now, what gave the sparkling old dude the idea the women's march meant to include all women, including Messalina Agrippina?

After all, they're not allowing pro-life feminists in on it.

1. So, now you aren't going?

No point in resisting Dear Orange Leader if a program for a march doesn't list who you want it to?

Should she have been in the list? Yeah, but does that make resisting him less important?

^^^apparently doesn't know who the sparkling old dude is, but will find out soon.

But I doubt there's anything stopping you from ignoring HRC during the march.

Huh?

3. Are you going to the one in DC?

I am going to the one in St. Paul, MN. We are marching to the Capitol. I see pros and cons to this. We have to move forward but it would be nice to acknowledge her hard work.

Stinky The Clown (55,376 posts)      Fri Jan 20, 2017, 07:59 PM

12. DC

And it is her 50 years of hard work. At least.

Yeah.  In case one's forgotten, the sparkling old dude and his much-younger trophy wife (his second; he ditched the first one because she was getting old and mustachioed) live in one of those exclusive suburbs between Baltimore and the slums of Washington.

25. Well technically you did answer me...but we must unite behind a common cause.

Maybe she didn't want to be included for some reason. If there is no good reason yeah she should of been included, but she wasn't so that's why I say so what. There are much much bigger fish to fry.

46. I read today that the DC March was organized by Bernieboys.

Yeah.  Skippy, the now-banned NYC_SKP primitive, and his gimme crowd don't care much for strong, assertive women.

6. This march is about equality and rights for women

as well as the other things that affect women: the environment and climate change, the economy, even foreign relations. We are CITIZENS, of equal stature, and our voices need to be heard in all areas.

This is not about one person, sad as I am that Hillary Clinton is not in the White House tonight. It is about all of us. And we speak for her. The election is over. It's about us now.

Stinky The Clown (55,376 posts)      Fri Jan 20, 2017, 08:00 PM

16. I'm not suggesting it is about one person.

I'm saying it needs to NOT be exclusive. If why her not being on the list is important escapes you, we're not on the same side.

<<<it also escapes franksolich why pro-life feminists aren't important, but the sparkling old dude doesn't bring up them.

11. Yes. And that is why I'm OUT.

45 years I've been marching and working politically.

Since 1971....for women's and and your reproductive rights...and look where we are... still fighting, and now here's Twitler...

And after ALL she endured...to see her name is NOT on the list...outrageous, unforgivable...an oversight? One helluva oversight. Another arrow to her heart. From women no less.

You may say I should overlook it...the organizers have their reasons...and maybe they do. Don't lecture.... I know what the march is about...you say against him...well, I would be marching FOR HER as well.

I'M WITH HER.

They don't need her, they sure as hell don't need me.

Apparently they don't need pro-life feminists either.

69. Always a different standard applied to HRC.

No matter how smart, brave, poised, experienced, detailed, honest, well-spoken or gracious she is, she's just not as good as (insert a man's name here).

(Edit: Women aren't immune from this double-vision either, unfortunately.)

protesting all day today, what did it get them?
300 arrested (so far). A large bill for a lot of broken shit and most importantly, cemented the fact that liberals are whining ass, good for nothing cry babys and don't give a damn about anyone but themselves.
Keep up the good work, neanderthals. you will all but assure Trump is in charge for the full 8 years.

152. Here's, a link to the Women's March national co-chairs

Notice anything about it?????

Anything at all?????

https://www.womensmarch.com/team/

An abundance of Hillary supporters, perhaps?

But NOOOOOOO, you single out one Bernie supporter and try to make it all about an intentional slight against Hillary,

Yea, that's it, this group of women, which just happens to include one of Hillary's campaign co-chairs, got together to slap you in the face.

This is a manufactured outrage.

Yep, it looks as if the sparkling old dude got his balls handed to him.

Well, you know, the primitives are always behind the times.

The times vary--they can be retarded by a week, or by a hundred years--but they're never au courant, up-to-date, on anything.  They're for example still trying to apply twentieth-century "solutions," even though they didn't work, to twenty-first-century problems.

That's what's nice about PRESIDENT TRUMP; we have a guy who's up-to-date.

Read over at Insty's that the Australian saddle bags for jihad march had "TRUMP" in skywriting above it. Hope they do that in WDC.

I had so many people parking on my street and in front of my house to go to that stupid march that I hastily made up a sign and stuck on a tree near the sidewalk that read "Shouldn't you be making me a sandwich and fetching me a beer?"    Also had the window open with Toby Keith blaring "Who's your Daddy"   Of course the cute young ones just grinned and took it well.  The nasty old harpies not so well.

So, Stinky didn't attend the march.  Yet your intrepid friend Ralphie, clearly not a liberal, actually did.  Honestly it was kind of entertaining, and I'm all for supporting most women's issues.  But let's be honest, that was an anti-Trump rally.

BTW, did not see a single sign that promoted Democrat Underground.  Might have been a few scattered ones that mentioned Hillary.

DUers musta found a microscope in order to effect said balls handling? Or the wife handed over her purse. :whistling:

BTW, did not see a single sign that promoted Democrat Underground.  ...

Random snarky thought. I have a feeling that interviewing a bunch of Progs at an event like that, asking whether they'd heard of DU and, if they had, what they thought of it, night turn out rather deflating and discouraging to many DU-folk.
