North Dakota Proposes Law to Defend Drivers Who “Accidentally” Run Over Protesters
This law appeared to be a good step in the right direction by letting protesters know that if they insist on dangerously blocking public roadways with their own bodies, bad things may accidentally happen to them, and they themselves will be at fault.
