My plans for Funereal Friday
Wake up around 6:00, shower, dress in all-black and have breakfast. (TBH, the all-black is fairly typical - I work in Manhattan )
Client meeting from 9:00 to 11:00. Turn TV on to something like Food Network to run throughout the nation's funeral, denying the Orange Turd another viewer point.
Haircut and lunch 12:00 to 2:00.
Post office visit to renew passport at 2:30.
Back to home office to prepare docs for Monday new hires. 3:30 - 5:00
Dinner out with hubby, followed by a viewing of "Hidden Figures" 6:00 - 10:30
Home, sleep, having successfully avoided all elements of the funeral. Saturday, ALL day - final document prep for company merger. Ugh. (Not looking forward to that, but a necessity.) Hope to take a break somewhere along the way to see what's happening with the march.
What are you planning?

These nitwits are beyond nuts at this point.

Geez! Haven't DU-folk heard of Facebook? That's where Too Much Personal Information belongs!
-
Wow! Client meetings in Manhattan, renewing passport, preparing docs, company mergers. This primitive must be a real big shot captain of industry! Wow-whee!
-
I wish I had plans for attending funerals. Lots of them.
But despite their extreme disconsolation and depression, the primitives aren't making it happen.

Wait -- this person works only 3.5 hours day?

-2 hours work
Haircut and lunch 12:00 to 2:00.
Post office visit to renew passport at 2:30.

- 1.5 hours work
Dinner out with hubby, followed by a viewing of "Hidden Figures" 6:00 - 10:30
Also:
- "Hidden Figures" is fictional. There were 2 black female mathematicians on the team. Their role was to double-check the team's figures. That is it.
- You can get your passport renewed online. It is a lot easier than going anywhere.

Not necessarily.
Let me help translate for you:

My plans for Funereal Friday
Wake up around 6:00, shower, dress in all-black and have breakfast. (TBH, the all-black is fairly typical - I work in Manhattan ) The DUmmy deals drugs to rich folks in Manhattan. They like her to dress in dark clothing so she is less conspicuous.
Client meeting from 9:00 to 11:00. It takes the DUmmy about 2 hours to weigh the stash and sample the goods with her client. She then returns home. Turn TV on to something like Food Network to run throughout the nation's funeral, denying the Orange Turd another viewer point.
Haircut and lunch 12:00 to 2:00. She's cutting hair for some of her neighbors to make a little more dope money on the side. She swipes food from their refrigerators while they aren't looking.
Post office visit to renew passport at 2:30. She may need to vamoose out of country because the Feds are getting suspicious about some of the comings and goings as she and her hubby buy and sell dope.
Back to home office to prepare docs for Monday new hires. 3:30 - 5:00 Making fake green cards for more of her illegal friends.
Dinner out with hubby, followed by a viewing of "Hidden Figures" 6:00 - 10:30 Burgers at Mickey D's, then watching TV's through the window of an appliance store.
Home, sleep, having successfully avoided all elements of the funeral. Saturday, ALL day - final document prep for company merger. Ugh. (Not looking forward to that, but a necessity.) Meeting with rival dealers to resolve a turf war by agreeing how to share their territory. Hope to take a break somewhere along the way to see what's happening with the march.
What are you planning?
See? It's all so glamorous!

We all know DU-folk lie as convenient, but sounds to me like this DU-member is admitting to being a 10%er, or maybe even a 5%er.

ZERO BONGS!

What a brutally long work day that is. :whatever:

ZERO BONGS!
Dummie says he has a job. Dummie says he works all of 4 hours a day. Dummie intimates he is a mover and shaker in his company. Dummie is lying. If I could I would give it negative bongs.

I'm watching Peter the Great for the umpteenth time.
It's heart-warming, watching the way the workers and peasants respected their leader.
It'd be nice if the primitives learned to doff their caps, bow their heads, and kneel down in front of the President-Soon-To-Be.
-
What a grueling work day of paper pushing! And she only gets a measly 2 hours to squeeze in lunch and a haircut?
Perhaps this so-called merger will result in her restructuring.
Yes, she's Manhattan, so she's the .5%.
-
I think this DUmmy just made this thread to not- so- subtly brag about his or her job.
I'll have a busy day too, tomorrow, which will keep me from watching the Inauguration (Live, at least):
I'll be on the second day of a two- day substitute teaching job for a boys' PE teacher. Walking around, keeping my eyes peeled, fresh air, etc.. I'll be at that from a little before 9 to a little after 4. After that, I'll head home, do a mini- binge of "Grimm" so I'll be ready for that night's episode, and maybe watch the Inauguration online.
-
Watching 13 Hours this evening to remind myself of the bullet we dodged.

I am not so sure this dummie is a she. One can never tell when dealing with dummies... I made that mistake one time when a dummie said something about hubby and I thought it was female. Turns out it was male. :rotf:
