Anyone in contact with her [sic] support system (family? Legal team?)

She’s [sic] going to need therapy for her [sic] depression, I’m sure she’s [sic] got PTSD, and (I would hope) the sex reassignment surgery she [sic] wants.

If anyone hears of anything, please let me know as I’d contribute to that.

Not a bad idea, but they just need to raise twenty bucks to get Bradley a halfway decent pocketknife.

Won't it be fun if several years from now Manning goes back to being 'Bradley', and its more or less revealed all this amounted to was a stunt to get pardoned/commuted , or at least relocated to a women's prison ?

There is no source on this, I've no more than a hunch that this may have been a well executed maneuver.

They've already got that distinction. Their comments just reinforce the validity of the award.
