So can we postpone the inauguration until this shit settles...???
I know all the arguments against another election and the only way to rid ourselves of the devil is impeachment , but I have not asked the question of postponement ....
After the constitution was pointed out to him...

6. There's a mechanism for that: amend the constitution
But "we" don't get to make up new laws.

30. that article ignores the key passage from ex parte Milligan
"If, in foreign invasion or civil war, the courts are actually closed, and it is impossible to administer criminal justice according to law, then, on the theatre of active military operations, where war really prevails, there is a necessity to furnish a substitute for the civil authority, thus overthrown, to preserve the safety of the army and society; and as no power is left but the military, it is allowed to govern by martial rule until the laws can have their free course. As necessity creates the rule, so it limits its duration; for, if this government is continued after the courts are reinstated, it is a gross usurpation of power. Martial rule can never exist where the courts are open, and in the proper and unobstructed exercise of their jurisdiction. It is also confined to the locality of actual war."
and is ignored.

24. Some people suffer from
A lack of imagination.
The US revolution, many civil rights protest actions, were all illegal at the time. . It shouldn't stop activism against this monster. The Constitution is a living document.

25. some people suffer from magical thinking
So are you saying that the inauguration should be blocked by illegal means? Or that the Constitution, as a "living document" should be interpreted to ignore specific provisions?

26. Both and all
This is no longer a nation of laws. If it were, we wouldn't be having this conversation.
I grow impatient with the mindset that doesn't see this yet.
If we're no longer a nation of laws, it was your shitstain of a president who unbuilt that.

51. How about Biden...?
...an interim President, until we know whether or not our incoming "President" is a goddam traitor or not. As for the "constitutionality" of it--to coin a phrase, the Constitution is not a suicide pact. If we permit Trump to take the oath Friday, we, as a nation, are committing suicide.
The funniest thing to me is that these morons actually believe they can "do" this or that. :lmao:

I know how to stop Trump! Outlaw the number 20!
Ya, that'll do it. Yup

Postponemas!!! :yahoo:
The dummies are really, really, really getting desperate. Next Friday is gonna be a hoot and a half!!!!!

When DUmmies are using talking points from Rosie O"Donnell, you know they are screwed.

Is there any doubt that the left would move to dictatorship and tyranny with very little persuasion.

Generically speaking, the left wouldn't hesitate to arrest and eliminate all conservatives or anyone else that doesn't bow at the altar of their religion.

^^^that.
On Friday, Donald Trump will become the first president ever, with no restraints upon his actions simply because the precedents have already been set by.....Barack Hussein.
Just as Barack did everything and anything he wished to do, I guess Trump gets the same deal.
And the Democrats, liberals, and primitives have only themselves to blame.

You don't understand. When hussein did it it was ok because....black or something
When a republican tries to do it, liberals suddenly discover this thing called "The Constitution" which prohibits everything the R wants to do.

If it so happens that Donald Trump acts like a high-school kid in office, disregards all civil laws and basic common courtesy, plays around rather than works, spends other people's money to inflate his own ego, goes off to sport and romp leaving major problems unresolved, uses the government to punish those who oppose him, tramples the sensitivities of major parts of the general public, &c., &c., &c., and the primitives whine about it, I advise that we turn a deaf ear.
The very worst things that Donald Trump can possibly do, have already been done by his immediate predecessor. The new standard should be, "if Barack Hussein did it, then it's okay for Donald Trump to do it."
