"I'm hesitant to pass something when we get into itemizing every potential wrongdoing that a legislator could commit, lest this become a criminal code rather than a code of ethics," Rep. David Lust (R), pictured above, told the Argus Leader.

This really does speak to the complete immoral condition of the US government when even a rural state's legislators refuse to publicly outlaw and then essentially isolate themselves (via their own legislation) from prosecution for sexually assaulting teenage girls who have the misfortune of becoming their interns.

What the hell!
