The party’s over. America has yawned theatrically, made a show of looking at our watch, gathered up the empty glasses and snack bowls, put them into the sink to soak, and started talking very pointedly about how early we have to get up tomorrow to put in a full day’s work. Hint, hint.

But Barack Obama, who has been partying in our house for 8 years, isn’t picking up on our subtle message that he should just get the hell out already.

Kinda nice -- Barry's reign of terror will end.
But I ain't too sure about his replacement.

No. Like many who are unsure about Trump.

Mine, too.
I voted for Trump, but softly said "And may God have mercy on my soul for doing this" as I did so.
I voted for him because I find him slightly less loathsome than Hillary.

I just can't take Trump seriously. Even now. Somehow I keep waiting for someone to jump up and yell, "November 8th Fool!"
Barry, on the other hand, I take took very seriously, as there was no doubt in my mind that he was intent on destroying our country. And did a pretty good job of it, I might add.
If Trump can drain even half the Swamp (good luck with that, Don), I just may begin to take him halfway seriously. But I ain't holding my breath.

Trump has two major hurdles before he can drain the swamp.
#1 Paul Ryan
#2 Mitch McConnell
