Manhattan couple hasn't paid rent on their $4,754-per-month apartment in almost SEVEN years citing little-known 'Loft law'

Not paying rent for almost seven years! I wonder what Zachary Bennett and Karen Nourse's DU names are.

I don't see how the law allows them to avoid paying rent. Yes, it allows them to live in a commercial building, but not rent free.

I would do my best to make the areas near them noisy as hell 24/7.
