Oh my.
What interesting imaginations the primitives have.
It ain't gonna happen; I bet she'll spring loose of this mortal coil before Bill, franksolich, and the allegedly terminal Omaha Steve do, she's in that bad of shape.

Frank Bruni: Rumors of Hillary Clinton's Comeback
Hillary Clinton as New York City mayor?
Imagine the fun:
City building inspectors start to show up daily at Trump Tower, where they find a wobbly beam here, a missing smoke detector there, outdated wiring all over the place. City health inspectors fan out through Trump’s hotels, writing citations for clogged drains in the kitchens and expired milk in the minibars.
The potholes near his properties go unfilled. Those neighborhoods are the last to be plowed. There’s a problem with the flow of water to his Bronx golf course, whose greens are suddenly brown. And the Russian Consulate keeps experiencing power failures. It’s the darnedest thing. Clinton vows to look into it, just as soon as she returns from the Hamptons.
She makes Alec Baldwin her cultural affairs commissioner, Alicia Machado the head of the city’s office of food policy. She invites the Rockettes to perform at every official city event. Without any hand-wringing, all of them accept.
And she’s the belle of the international ball. When foreign dignitaries cycle through the United Nations, they make sure to drop by City Hall, especially because she was once the country’s secretary of state. She winds up meeting with some of them more often than Trump does. He handles this as any grown-up in a position of extraordinary responsibility would, with crack-of-dawn tweets about what a lumpy loser Angela Merkel is and where he places her on a scale of 1 to Melania.
“Sad!” he fumes, but Clinton couldn’t be happier. His hometown is her fief. She’s the boss of him whenever he’s in the Big Apple, and he’s in the Big Apple a whole lot.
I’m fantasizing, yes, but with a glimmer of encouragement. On Wednesday Newsmax, a conservative outlet, reported that Democrats who couldn’t abide the city’s current mayor, Bill de Blasio, were courting Clinton to run against him in a Democratic primary this year and deny him a second term. The Times weighed in on Thursday, noting that speculation about a Clinton candidacy had been “bubbling up for weeks” and was intensifying.

2. I want her to be President, not mayor of NYC.
This is not the role she was born for.

3. Hillary would easily win a primary and general.
The dancing-on-tulips fairyboy justin needs to pay attention to what franksolich just said.

The foundation of Liberal leadership...tyranny in a nutshell.
Democrats gave up on democracy decades ago.

Remember how they squeaked and squawked about so-called 'bridgegate' ?
Apparently using political office for vengeance is okay if the 'right' people are targeted.

That's exactly what caught my eye. And they wonder why we despise them so

Na, once the Russia thing goes underwater, she's forever be known as the DNC's official poster child scapegoat... it's all she will ever be remembered for.
And when her last breath comes, she will know she went out a laughing stock, and that of all people, Donald Trump is warming the chair behind the desk in the Oval Office.

Hillary's narcissism eclipses Obama's. She will not settle for less that total rule.

Ya beat me to it!!! H-5! I wonder if this DU-members and its Prog-peers are capable of understanding what posting their fantasies - like this one - reveal about them and the pols they support.

Wow! The assumption is, right off the bat, she would abuse power for political revenge! And it's published right there in the paper. I know it jumped right out at all of us. I went to the article to see if the commenters saw it...not so much so far, but there were these:

Enough of her carpet bagging. When she ran for NY Senator, the Clintons moved out of NYC to make it appear that she would represent the State rather than just NYC. Now she should move back to the City to show that she is of the City? What does she know about running the City? How many times has she road the subway or a bus or tried to get a taxi. How many times has she shopped at a supermarket? How many time has she been to a public park? How many timers has she negotiated City offices, such as Motor Vehicles, the Jury system or any of the offices that make NYC run. How many times has she looked for an apartment on a budget? I voted for her before but never again. Honestly, I would rather have one of the Trumps run. At least they know the City they would be trying to govern.

That all sounds good but, but , what if Trump should then decided to try her for her numerous offences while she was acting as Sec. State and start really delving into her and Bill´s past?. What if he should order the FBI to really take a good hard look at Hillary and the Clinton Foundation and then find the evidence to try and convict her. Then it would be off to jail and who would she be lookig to for a pardon? Why Mr. Trump, the guy she had just spent so much time trying to make his life miserable.
Yes Mr. Bruni, swords cut both ways and what comes around, goes around. Hillary just better keep her hands in her pockets and not say anything that might just upset President Trump, He just might go back on his word and tie Hillary and Bill up in court for the rest of their lives and maybe even send the both of them to a federal prison. I think that the FBI would love to take a real crack at her and Bill, and they can be pretty nasty when they want to be.
So from my personal point of view, I think Hillary is going to be walking softly at least until President Trump has left office and is not so much of a threat.
These are the only comments I have found that evenly remotely suggests abuse of power:

Darkly, this is more than just a NYT fantasy. It is part of a two decade long obsessive and unhealthy love affair with anything Clinton. Unfortunately, it is also an accurate portrayal of the personal revenge politics and enemies lists that were the other part of the Clinton years.
I don't doubt that Hillary would love to run. She has an all consuming need for power and is painfully aware that 'donors' to the Clinton foundation have totally dried up.

Democrats fantasizing about Crooked Hillary further abusing her official powers? Way to keep it classy, Democrats. Also, way to elect Trump again.
Others were gleefully giggling.
Here's one right outta the DUmp:

I'm worried that Trump might think he could sell Americans as slaves to every other nation in the world.
Perhaps the Nation's intelligence services should investigate that?

Does anyone else find it offensive when one's fish wrap starts fantasizing about abusing government power to punish good people?
If this keeps up I might have to find something less odious to package offal in.

It wouldn't be hard for Trump to move to another state and leave New York City. Close Trump Tower and his various other properties there. How much in taxes would NYC lose?
