Accusations are proof of nothing.
according to DUmmy logic a person is only guilty if they have been tried and convicted. I listened to that logic all though the Hillary email scandal. but any unfounded accusation against a Republican is gospel truth...no matter how bogus it is.
so from now on, in criminal indictment, no convictions = Fake News.

Unlike DU-folk, who will show themselves credulous of any accusation against a Trump family member, I did something really difficult and complex. I Googled "Eric Trump Foundation". Truth be told, my first question was whether it even existed, given his relatively young age. It does. Admittedly, this is pretty much an argument from silence, but there's nothing "out there" that bears any resemblance to this meme's claim. Given the MSM's hysterical loathing and hatred of all things Trump (and their* little dog, too!), if there were an element - even a trace - of truth to this accusation it would have been front-page, top-of-the-hour news in the MSM, for weeks.
The only things I saw regarding the ETF's doings was this article (http://forward.com/fast-forward/358223/did-eric-trumps-donations-to-jewish-charity-violate-rules/). Evidently, the ETF held its charity golf tournaments at ------- Prepare to be shocked! ------- a golf course(s) owned by one of Donald Trump's companies. Shocking! No mention, however, whether the usage of the golf course and other hospitality amenities were paid for or donated.
* Should I post intentional there-their-they're Malaprops, just to conform to DFW's stereotype of "RWers"? BTW, "Mrs. Malaprop" was a character in an 18th Century British play. "Malaprop" derives from her comic misuse of words.

Liberals stole from a boys and girls club organization to start the quickly crashed Air America radio network that was supposed to turn the country Progressive.
But it was doomed to failure no matter how many widows and orphans funds raided because one of the requirements of radio is the ability to listen and Progressives don't listen.
