Calling All Lawyers. File Your Trump Civil Suits Now.
Trump is immune to everything except civil suits. If possible, file them in California. At worst he will have to settle to try to spare himself embarrassment, meaning money in your pocket. And, if you can resist the temptation to take the money and run, you can probably do some real good, since he has screwed over so many people in his lifetime and has always managed to get away with it by having more lawyers and not caring what was said in deposition.
Now, he cares what is said in deposition. And if you catch him or an associate lying in a non federal court---bingo. Particularly in the case of his associates. He is exempt from prosecution but they are not. Remember what Ken Star did? Trump actually deserves the Starr treatment.
Bonus points for a class action lawsuit. It will be more difficult for the Russian Mafia to threaten or buy off the plaintiffs. And surely there are some municipal districts that he has ripped off. It will be next to impossible for the mob to threaten a government body. The judge and lawyers involved, maybe. But if people involved in cases start dropping dead it looks bad.
No one with as many skeletons in his closet has ever been president. That's because presidents are always career military or politician. A shady businessman like Trump has an almost unlimited number of enemies who want justice. And now, he is a sitting duck.
I hope to see a civil suit filed each day against Trump. Maybe we can bankrupt Russia paying for all his lawyers.
Calling all lawyers,
Even Jesus thinks you're assholes...

1. Is he immune to criminal charges?
Your idea is a good one. But also if there are crimes he has committed, now is the time for victims to step forward and demand that criminal charges be filed. If there are women he groped or molested where the statute of limitations have not run out, those are crimes in California, New York and most other states.
Having his time constantly tied up in lawsuits, depositions, etc. is one way to minimize his time for mischief. It could also incentivize Congress to eventually impeach him (though Pence poses his own set of problems, some worse than Trump, he is at least sane and less likely to start a nuclear war.)
It would be great if some people winning big judgments against Trump would donate some of that money to worthy causes like the ACLU and immigrant rights groups, too.

2. And be sure to make the suits about rape, abuse of power, being a cheapskate or bank fraud.
See my recent post about the things that make Trump's base mad as hell.

With any luck there'll be some lawyers stupid enough to try this, and after a few slap-downs (= summary judgments) be on the road to disbarment ... reduce the population of practicing civil lawsuit lawyers in society.

Doesn't DU have their own attorney general or something? Is he done suing Romney yet?

2. And be sure to make the suits about rape,
rape is a criminal matter, not a civil one and you will need a credible victim to make the accusation before any DA would consider filing a charge. Since no credible victims surfaced during the run up to the election, I would hazard a guess there are none.

Laserhaus(?) could add Trump as a co-defendant in his suit against Romney.

Dummies are getting desperate. That makes me feel good.

You would think...
A trait universally lacking in most DUmmies. :banghead:

was just thinking that myself. Nothing better serves an attorneys career better than filing a bunch of frivolous lawsuits.

Typical petty idiocy. This part sticks out, though:
"It would be great if some people winning big judgments against Trump would donate some of that money to worthy causes like the ACLU and immigrant rights groups, too."
Let's bring up some relevant facts about the ACLU, which this DUmmy thinks is a "worthy cause":
1. Right from the beginning, the ACLU's founder made it clear that its main purpose was to advance the principles behind Communism, a system of government which, since its inception, has directly caused twice as many deaths as the war in Iraq, the war in Afghanistan, and every major twentieth- century war COMBINED.
2. The ACLU believes that any public expression of the Christian faith be removed and punished, yet sees no problem with public Muslim displays.
3. Along the lines of point 2, the ACLU directly blamed "The Christian Right" for the Pulse Nightclub Shooting (You know, the shooting in which the killer was a radical Muslim who openly declared his allegiance to ISIS).
4. The ACLU believes that music and movies should no longer be given ratings to go along with their content.
5. The ACLU believes that libraries should not be able to ban patrons from using library computers to view porn sites.
6. The ACLU believes that child pornography is protected under the First Amendment and should be fully legalized.
7. The ACLU defended the pedophile organization NAMBLA (North American Man- Boy Love Association) pro- bono in a lawsuit stemming from the fact that NAMBLA's website featured a whole cornucopia of hideous materials, from child pornography to a revolting "How- to" manual intended to help its members get away with molesting young boys. The lawsuit was filed by the parents of a young boy who was brutally molested and murdered by two gay men who frequented NAMBLA's website.
All this is that DUmmy's idea of a "Worthy cause."

I'm still waiting for my turn in the deposition that was promised me for my role in personally killing Andy Stephenson. Hasn't come yet.

It is possible for someone to sue for the tort of sexual assault. See: Bill Clinton. But that strikes me as highly unlikely with Trump at this point.
