Chief Justice John Roberts will be America's savior.

The emergency stays and rulings will be flying by April and it will be left to him to keep Trump and Congress from going over the cliff. I'm sure he is aware of how he and the Court he presides over, as well as his personal reputation will be historically judged. Few men have served as CJ and each holds a prominent place in all aspects of this country. He is by all accounts a strict Federalist who believe in a strong independent country with a strict rule of law. Although he has repeatedly proved he lied about stare decisis  in his confirmation hearings, I'm betting we're going to see a slightly different CJ Roberts. He's smart and rejects the fascism we are faced with....not to mention his ideology is directly in line w/ Pence  hint hint.

Yes, I know he's an A+ asshole on most things we hold dear on the left, but, lets recall....he is the reason for Obama care becoming law. His decision tipped the balance and his opinion clearly showed that he has at least a possible heart and mild empathy for the people.

While we're talking about Trump, Ryan and McConnell, keep your eye on the courts. The fur will be flying, not only from Democrats in Congress, but there will lots of citizen petitions for relief. And just because nobody is talking about them, Trump has multiple civil cases winding their way through the courts

14. Not a chance. He allowed millions of Americans to die with his ACA ruling.

He is just as much of a murderous thug as all of them.

Millions.

My schadenboner* says, "It's time to add a new stage of grief to Kubler-Ross' list: delusion."

*Note: Like Skynet, my schadenboner has achieved self-awareness.

8. IMO, Roberts and Thomas will be the next to leave for the big money.

By spring, I believe, I just not sure if they will be helped along.

McCamy's millions went left unchallenged.

Its clear their little island has "tipped over and capsized" when they are praying that Roberts will pull them out of the murky depths.

It's turning out that it might have been a wise decision on Robert's part.

ObamaCare is crashing in a death spiral because it was a bad law crafted by idiots.

It is amusing to watch them think that the Supreme Court sits on the sideline to rule by fiat and on a whim.

Bad news, DUmmies.  A quick nadin search and I found this:

Looks like DUmmies are as bad at understanding the SC as they are how elections are won.

The Supreme court upheld ObamaCare. Is "McCamy Taylor" saying that ObamaCare has caused millions of deaths? The loony-toony number aside, have some DU-folk flipped position (or been mugged by reality) on the ObummerCare they so loved?

If they have, they're not allowed to say so.  Anybody who even tries to complain about huge costs and deductibles are shot down in flames.  Tiresome strawmen are heaped upon them.  It's exhausting.

I swear to God, I heard some CNN contributor in the last 24 hours say that Obamacare was "Republican legislation passed by Democrats". I wasn't in the room, so I don't remember who.

That has been the dems meme since obumbles care started crashing down around their ears.  Seems the Heritage Institute came up with a similar idea a number of years ago and that makes it a GOP idea.   :mental:

Never mind the fact that not one repub voted for it in the end. It is a GOP idea!!!!!!!!
