Congress needs to investigate Cambridge Analytica, what information it possesses on Americans, how that information was taken without users knowing or their permission, and how that data was used by the Trump campaign and will be used to manipulative messaging to achieve a specific outcome, especially given CA and its parent company's shady history and track record of propaganda and misinformation wars.
