Probably believes Hillary had 95% chance at winning the Election!

Suspect that it is an approval rating based on whether the public likes him personally, not his policies.  Especially when you look at every election when his name wasn't on the ballot.  His party lost handily each time.

I don't believe it for a second, and of course I'm not delusional, but that has got to be a prerequisite.

I think his approval rating is up because people are happy he is at the end of his term and hopefully the grownups will soon be running the show again.

I'd suggest that his approval rating is up because he's ROAD -- Retired on Active Duty -- and he just doesn't do anything (not that he did much beforehand, other than destroy the country). GWB did the same thing for the last 2 years of his presidency. If you stay out of the news, your approval ratings go up. Happens every time.

I think that approval rating is phony. There's no way it's legit.
