Oh my.
Pedro Picasso was up late last night, probably ice-bagging the carpal tunnel one gets from hand-stuffing envelopes for political causes.

There is nothing in it for Ms. Pelosi to impeach President Bush
Nothing at all, when you get right down to it. She's one of "those people" who believe they've found their happy place in wealth. More specifically, in Pelosi's case, wealth accumulated through doing nothing but going along to get along, eyes on the prize, career before country. She's gone along to get along so much she's become nipple deep in the muck and mire that is BushCo. She sat in on the original meetings about illegal wiretapping, she signed on to Bush's war plans...yet now her book career is taking off, and her biggest concern has become remaining non-controversial and enjoying her advance.
No matter what the outcome of the Bush "presidency," Ms. Pelosi will always be able to assuage her guilt by asserting that one cannot second-guess what might have been. She did what she felt was right at the time. For the good of the country, blah blah blah. And her checks will keep coming in, she and her hubby will retire very, very wealthy, and she'll forever be a historical figure no matter what. No one will ever know what might have been. But Nancy and Paul Pelosi know what will be...just gettin' along to go along. Cha ching.
You know, it's really sad.
Pedro Picasso used to pack the primitives in, at the bonfires he started on Skins's island.
This one's been up all night, and only one primitive ever saw the light of it.

1. Actually, Her Book Is Tanking
Ranked 1,541 on Amazon, which is astonishing given that she's ostensibly the most powerful woman in the US. But I guess if she refuses to *use* her power, then she doesn't actually *count* as powerful.

It's good her book is tanking. If it were selling, then it would need to be printed, which would require killing more trees, and she couldn't be claiming that she's trying to save the planet.
Speaking of killing, Pedro sorta does that to the discussion as soon as his fingers touch the keyboard.
Hey Atman, chimpeachment has been DOA from the day it was first conceived. So have other subjects, like the foolish belief that liberalism is a workable & sustainable economic model. Try talking about knitting or something.

Actually, I'd like to hear more about his new job; it sounds fascinating.
