No.  Well, not unless that's ALL the women doing this wear, and it must be only for those rating 6 or above.

I remember my Mother wearing a headscarf in the '40s in Detroit and in New Jersey, but that was in Winter and it was a "babushka" popularized by Eastern European women at the time...

That was Allison from formerly Fox news.  What a moonbat she really was.  Headscarves are good for blizzards, and also a bandana tied up to keep the black flies out of your ears when gardening up here in the northeast.  Otherwise, no. 

Another exception is chemotherapy patients.  But as a solidarity statement?  NO.
