Will the recounts look at provisional ballots?
I know many folks are looking at the vote totals and guessing there won't be enough votes to overturn results in Hillary's favor, but there's an argument to be made that many of her votes were improperly thrown out by overzealous republican state officials.
Provisional ballots were rejected by the tens of thousands in many key states like Wis. and N.C., for example.

So this is my point about Clinton needing to be involved. I presume her attorneys would demand to look at provisionals. Stein? Who knows.
Which one of the above rejects are not attempted voter fraud?

That was the dumbocrat Ohio plan in 2004...flood the state with provisional ballots and then let it fall into chaos trying to sort it out.
