the honeymoon ends....Breitbart slams Trump for 'broken promise' on jailing Clinton
Trump's senior adviser said on Tuesday that the president-elect thinks it's time to move on and help Clinton 'heal.'

President-elect Donald Trump is reneging on his promise to jail Hillary Clinton, a sharp departure from the “lock her up!†chants that Trump encouraged at his campaign rallies, immediately drawing the ire of some conservatives.
Breitbart News, the alt-right news organization formerly run by Steve Bannon, Trump's chief strategist, headlined the lead story on its home page “BROKEN PROMISE.â€
And Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog agency that sued to get more of Clinton’s State Department emails released, urged Trump on Tuesday to “commit his administration†to investigating Clinton, while promising to continue its own litigation and investigations to help uncover possible scandals.
For Trump to refuse to do so “would be a betrayal of his promise to the American people to ‘drain the swamp’ of out-of-control corruption in Washington, DC,†Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton warned in a statement. “President-elect Trump should focus on healing the broken justice system, affirm the rule of law and appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the Clinton scandals.â€

Barry is president until 1/20/2017. Trump is right to play it cool until he takes office. Get Barry to relax and let his guard down and not give Cankles a pardon.
Trump won't pursue Clinton investigations so there is no need to give her a pardon. Let bygones be bygones, water over the bridge, etc.
Then, on 1/20/2017 spring the trap on her. Springing the trap on her won't require much more than untying law enforcement's hands, her crimes were against the people of the United States not Donald Trump.

15. This is a threat for Hillary and her supporters to STFU
"It's time to move on and help Clinton 'heal.'.....WTF? this is nothing more than a thinly disguised threat for Clinton and her supporters to shut up...or else.
Heal from a massive 2,000,000+ popular vote over the other candidate? Heal from what? Seriously, trump needs to put down that silver spoon...sniff, sniff, sniff.
Madame President!!!!
Close, but no banana. Madame President? WTH?

In politics, it's important to note what the politician DOESN'T say. Note, Trump said HE wouldn't pursue the issue. He DIDN'T say the FBI/AG/DOJ won't once he's elected.

To paraphrase countless DUmmies during the Bush administration, I think everything is on the table when it comes to prosecution of Cankles. And keeping their powder dry. Two old things the DUmmy would claim about Pelosi, Conyers, Schumer, Durbin. Working in the background to "Chimpeach" President George W. Bush.

What he said was actually pretty ambiguous, boiled down to its essence he just said he had some sympathy for them and there was nothing personal. The new AG can choose to undertake a real, unhandicapped investigation if he so chooses, unless Trump specifically tells him not to do that...and that isn't what Trump said he would do, no matter how the different networks, papers, and websites want to characterize it.

The more I see and contemplate this, the more I think you are right. Let the investigations underway run their course.

Then President Trump can pull an Obama move and say he didn't have anything to do with it, that he found out about it in the newspapers like everybody else.

Trump has more important things to deal with these days, like picking a cabinet and getting the country back on track. In losing the election, Hillary has been kneecapped and has no more power.
Eventually I would like to see the DOJ go after her though to show the nobody is above the law.

I can only imagine the liberal MSM response if Trump said he found something out in the newspapers. They'd give no quarter.
Liberals. Disgust. Me.

Heh! One of the parking locations for this AM's turkey trot was in a county detention center (= jail). I don't know whether the owner worked at the detention center or was one of the runners, but I saw a truck sporting a bumpersticker: Hillary for Prison 2016. I've seen the sticker before, but I loved the location.

You know, losing the presidential election, her last real shot at something she's wanted for years. From what I've heard, this event left 'Madame President' rather perturbed (at least as it was unfolding).

Her hotel probably had to patch walls and replace some of the lamps and furniture. :-)
If she ever wanted to start a rock band - maybe "The CHILL and the Shrews" - she's got the part of trashing hotel rooms down pat!

Not just that but Barry is no doubt pissed as shit that Hillary has totally screwed up his "legacy" and I doubt he would even be willing to pardon her at this point. This way he has no real reason to... which he'd have to if trump was screaming about jail every second.
