From the NRA-IRL website, President Obama, by virtue of changes he is making in the federal form 4473 required for firearms transfers, is going to take away guns from those who smoke pot, no known exceptions.
DUmmies that own GUNZ and have a medical MJ card or live in CO, time to turn in your firearms.

Under ATF’s policy, not only are users of marijuana prohibited from possessing firearms, but a person may not transfer a firearm to an individual if the transferor knows that the transferee holds a medical marijuana card.

Yeah I've been posting in a thread on a Peoples Republik of Kalifornistan gun forum trying to tell the dopers that they are now felons but they just toke and laugh. :thatsright:

It seems to me that the whole medical MJ thing is designed for one purpose and that is to make felons out of law abiding citizens.

And to make anti-MJ laws virtually unenforceable - Cloward-Piven. Likewise "industrial hemp".
It also reduces job options and constricts the labor pool for jobs and industries that cannot afford the risk of certain types of employees being :stoner: users, or who are barred by Federal law or contracts from employing :stoner: users (e.g. defense contractors).
