In the last days of the 2016 Presidential election cycle, Republican candidate Donald Trump and Gov. Sarah Palin have succeeded in turning the normally "safely Democratic" state into a "solidly Republican" one by conducting a series of high-energy rallies across the state.
More than 700 people showed up to listen to Palin share Trump's campaign to "Make America Great Again," telling a crowd in Alpena Michigan how the Republican candidate wanted to revitalize industry in the state. "Donald Trump is successful, and he wants you to be successful too," Palin said in a fiery 20 minute speech.
Former Marine Corps Gen. Jack Bergman, Republican candidate for Michigan's 1st congressional district took the stage with Gov. Palin to reveal his motivation for running: "My grandchildren said, 'Poppa, you need to step up one more time.'"
The latest polls indicate that Michigan will cast its 16 electoral votes for a Republican presidential candidate for the first time since George H. W. Bush took the state to become President in 1988.

Ummm... 700 people at a rally does not equal changing the state's voting demographic from solidly (D) to solidly (R).
You are getting frantic. Maybe you should stop for a minute and take a few deep breaths. Let your blood pressure return to normal. Kiss your wife and pet the family dog, or pet your wife and kiss the dog.

700.. really? I mean, there's usually that at like... a HS Basketball game here.
As much as I'd love Trump to win Michigan... I just don't see it happening, unless the Unions come out full on for Trump, which they have not done. Union idiots walk the line w/ what their handlers tell them to do, all the while not understanding they are hurting themselves

Alpena's population is around 10,000, so 700 is not a bad percentage of the adult population.
