Title: Is the all-knowing one who is an expert in everything being selfish?

According to my records she has not been to DU or Jack Pine Radicals in weeks and weeks. She knows that the individuals at those sites can not navigate these troubling times without her vast wisdom and guidance, yet she is withholding it from them. Why? Is she being selfish? Is she too busy working toward winning a Pullet Tsar prize?

Well, one's familiar with the attitude.

Believe it or not, she actually really honestly sincerely believes she's "punishing" us--both decent and civilized people, and the primitives--by withholding her insight and opinions.

Really.  She believes that.

But the stark reality is that her withholding her favors denies us much-needed comedy material, nothing more than that.

Didn't nads do a GBCW post on JPR a month or two ago? Maybe she actually has broken her addiction to DU and its offspring. Or found another, similar, outlet.
