The decision to let Hillary Clinton off the hook for mishandling classified information has roiled the FBI and Department of Justice, with one person closely involved in the year-long probe telling FoxNews.com that career agents and attorneys on the case unanimously believed the Democratic presidential nominee should have been charged.
The source, who spoke to FoxNews.com on the condition of anonymity, said FBI Director James Comey’s dramatic July 5 announcement that he would not recommend to the Attorney General’s office that the former secretary of state be charged left members of the investigative team dismayed and disgusted. More than 100 FBI agents and analysts worked around the clock with six attorneys from the DOJ’s National Security Division, Counter Espionage Section, to investigate the case.
“No trial level attorney agreed, no agent working the case agreed, with the decision not to prosecute -- it was a top-down decision,†said the source, whose identity and role in the case has been verified by FoxNews.com.

On May 2, 2011, Navy Seal Team 6 burst into a fortified compound in Abbottabad, Pakistan and killed the most wanted man in the world, Osama bin Laden. Among the members of that unit was Matt Bissonnette, who along with another Seal Team 6 member, Robert O’Neill, claims to have fired the fatal shots.
In 2012, Bissonnette left the military to write a memoir detailing his account of the raid, his plans widely met by criticism within a Seal community that is largely defined by its discretion.
Word of Bissonnette’s proposed memoir also raised potential legal issues; Department of Defense press secretary George Little stated that the book was required to be evaluated for sensitive information that could potentially jeopardize national security. Lieutenant Colonel James Gregory of the Department of Defense added that should the book contain specialized information about SEAL weapons and tactics, Bissonnette could potentially be charged with a criminal offense.

Seems to be the most likely ejnmxplanation. His reputation originates with his service as a US Attorney, which is a political appointment, so it's not like he's been pure and unaffiliated with a party on his rise to Director.

I hate saying this, since it's about other people's lives, lives I know little about, but where's the beef?! If they're horrified by what has transpired, where's the proportionate response?
Until they start doing something, these annoymorous rumors are just that, emphasis on annoy.
