15. If not, he should be.
No justice, no peace.
We should also note he appropriated "No justice, no peace" from POC like the privileged imperialist cracker he is.

Do these mongrels think for one second that if there was anything illegal about Trumps tax filings Oidiots IRS and DOJ would not have already been after him?
-
What the cowardly pooch and kt consider tax fraud happened in 1995, during the Clinton Administration. The chances that Trump was audited in those following 5 or 6 years of Clinton and the recent 7 or 8 years of Obama - pretty much every year, for that matter, is a certainty. If tax fraud had been committed or if Trump had said something that could even be spun as a lie (ala Martha Stewart) he'd have done time or be in prison.
Business expenses are tax deductions; certain kinds of business losses are tax write-offs. DU-folk are so ignorant that they think complying with the law is fraud and scandal. Maybe if they had decent, non-government, jobs or had profitable businesses of their own some of them would be better informed.

Hey Idiots!
Hillary Clinton Avoided Taxes the Same Way Trump Did

… for tax year 2014, The New York Times paid no taxes and got an income tax refund of $3.5 million even though they had a pre-tax profit of $29.9 million in 2014. In other words, their post-tax profit was higher than their pre-tax profit.

I want to know which IRS employee gave out Trump's tax return.

I doubt that it was an IRS employee--it was the first page from his New York State, Connecticut, and New Jersey tax returns. That right there says 'plant inside Trump Tower.'

That's the part that cracks me up... at his level of wealth, he is already under a damned microscope.
I've been thinking, Trump should get his accountant to tally up all of the taxes, fees, permits, sales tax, capitol gains... all government related expenditures over the last decade and post the number. Then, relate that to how many more people he could have employed had the government not robbed him on every single turn.

We will all become "Rooftop Koreans" you stupid DUchebag.
Note to the whales at the DUmp, you will be first because at 800 yards you will be impossible to miss.

Does Kentuck envision Trump sitting at his kitchen table, figuring his taxes with a pencil? :lmao: He has a vast team of highly qualified CPA's vowed to ethical standards. He has no doubt been permanently under audit for decades.

16. "Audit" and "investigation for tax fraud" are the same thing.

I'm wondering if that's grounds for a divorce and a substantial alimony for poor dear Marta, that big lie he told.

If you read between the lines, the DUmmies know there is nothing legally wrong with Trump's returns. - What they are trying to do is paint him as somebody who isn't very nice, because when he gets a refund, grandma has to eat cat food.
Granted - the two situations are unrelated. -But, it paints the story the DUmpers want to read,so they are making that claim regardless.
The Clinton campaign is also enjoying this conversation. While people are occupied over Trump's taxes, they aren't paying attention to Typhoid Mary.

Dummies ain't that smart. The MSM are the ones pushing that narrative. Dummies just got their marching orders regarding talking points.

At the very least, nothing was reviewed and was accepted unquestioningly, by the COMPLETELY impartial, bureaucratic leviathan and assassination team known as the (D)IRS.

Well if the left is going to go after old rich guys who are not playing taxes then when are they going after Warren Buffett?

I haven't seen any serious Lib/Prog (IOW, DU-folk excluded) suggest Trump broke any law. Maybe I don't swim around in MSM sewers enough. All they're really doing is trying to make Trump a garish example of what they believe is wrong with the tax code, by speculating about the most extreme possibility of what Trump might have been able to do if years of circumstances aligned "perfectly". They don't know what Trump did in 1996, or 2003, or 2009, or ......
It's not Trump's fault if Libs & Progs don't like the law their politicians helped write. If they don't like businesses being able to deduct capital losses, stop the pointless whining and change the tax code. And watch the economy devastated as businesses stop taking risks, laying off employees, and/or leave the US. Because business people, big or small, won't stand still for government to rape them.

Not that many of them actually own a home and pay taxes, but ask the ones that do if they take their mortgage deduction. Then ask them why.

Charlie rangel and al sharptoon have tax issues too. Why are the DUmmies not all up in arms about their failure to pay taxes?
Charles B. Rangel, Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, the committee in charge of writing tax policy for the entire nation, “forgot†to pay taxes on $75,000 income he received from his rental property in the Dominican Republic.
Here’s the scoop according to The Washington Post:
Rep. Charles B. Rangel (D-N.Y.) acknowledged yesterday that he had not lived up to the “higher standard†expected of members of Congress, but he maintained that he should not be punished politically for failing to disclose and pay taxes on rental income from his Caribbean resort property.
The Ways and Means Committee chairman, who is battling three ethics controversies, said he would file amended tax returns and pay federal, state and local taxes he owes — an amount that his attorney, Lanny Davis, estimated at more than $10,000 for 2004 to 2006. Rangel’s accountants are working to determine his tax liability for the rest of the 20 years that he has owned the three-bedroom villa in the Dominican Republic, Davis said.
Rangel, 78, said he regretted his failure to account for the $75,000 in income the property generated, calling the omission “irresponsible.â€

Meanwhile, Sharpton, whose state and federal delinquencies are the stuff of legend, has, according to records accessed Monday evening at least two open New York tax warrants for nearly $600,000. One judgment, dated May 19, 2009, is for $103,156.06. The other, from December 16, 2008, is for $492,612.41.
