OPM Other People's Money
Trump's mantra is to always use Other People's Money. Even likes the acronym, OPM.
When I was growing up, my parents also had an acronym for that: STEALING.

That needs hollered from the treetops, the rooftops, every time a primitive mentions the issue.
When it comes to taking "other people's money," the primitives alone make Donald Trump look like an amateur--and to top it off, Trump probably gives back, in some form (increased employment of other people, higher wages for other people, whatnot), that which he is given. Not to mention this little detail about how he's probably expected to pay it back.
Compare that, please, with the primitives, who take it and run with it, sharing it with no one.

Tav's trying to Himalayanize a non-existent mole hill. The meaning of "OPM" is using borrowed or a partner's $$ in legal ways to spread risk. That isn't stealing. What Trump was talking about - you know, that frequently inconvenient-to-Progs-and-their-MSM-shills context - was working with ME countries to handle/house ME refugees in those ME countries - their territory, their $$, at least partially.

Trump puts a gun to the investors head, threatens prison time, forfeiture of assets, and high penalties if they do not fork over their hard earned money to useless, lazy, lying sacks of shit?

Strategic Transfer of Equipment to Alternate Locations (http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/STEAL). IOW, she means that theft is entirely relevant, and there are people who "need" and "deserve" to have their stuff stolen (e.g. the EEEEEeeeeeeeee-vile Walmart). I wonder if she'd call the police if burglars stole $$, computers, and sedatives from her cat vet office. Well, no. I don't wonder... not really.
