Oh my.
<<<has a better solution to high drug prices; just don't live a life-style where one ends up having to use them.
As silly as that might sound, it's certainly no sillier than the primitive's idea.

I have a solution to outrageous RX drug prices
It's really very simple, and I believe it would be something quickly implemented.
Allow no drug to cost a penny more than VIAGRA.
None. Not cancer drugs, not RA drugs, not psych meds, not asthma meds. None. Not blood pressure meds, not epinepherine, not insulin. None. Period.
Access to life-saving and life extending medications should not be an option for only the rich.
Absolutely nothing allowed to be priced higher than Viagra.
Betcha' prices would plummet so fast it would make our heads spin faster than that girl's in 'The Exorcist'.
Yawn. Okay.

1. In that case the price of Viagra will go through the roof
and millions of women throughout the country will be very relieved!

2. So freeze the price of Viagra first,
perhaps by tacking it to some war funding bill.
Then follow up with this legislation separately.

3. Normal drug prices:
Normal drug prices: 8
Viagra prices: 888888888888888888888888888888888
Okay. This might, or might not, be a stupid question. But at least it's a legitimate question.
I have no idea how much Viagra costs, because I've never needed to buy the product.
The primitives seem to be suggesting it's pretty expensive. True or not?

Great idea, Dummy. Nationalize the industry, enact price controls, and eliminate the supply of thousands of medications which instantly become more expensive to produce then the new "fair" price.
Like every Dummy solution, it is disastrous. ****ing assholes.

Betcha if your wet dream were to come true, pharmaceutical companies would lose interest in investing the billions of $$ it takes to develop, test, get approval for and market the next big cure for various illnesses and you DUmmies would be demanding the government to force them to continue R&D on their own dime.

Whoa.
I just nadined the cost of Viagra.
It appears to be about forty-five bucks a pill.
Whoa.
Is it worth it? If I ever had to pay forty-five bucks to have good sex, well, I'd pass.

That's why we need single payer! Aka, Medicaid/Medicare for all. (DUmp mode)

Sounds about as viable as Jill Stein's idea to pay for social programs.

I dunno where the primitives get this idea that people can be forced to do something they really don't want to do.
It's true it happened under socialism--at the point of a gun, and inefficiently and ineffectively so; they might as well not even tried to compel.
But we got these primitives who think, for example, that medical professionals can be forced to work for minimum wage.
Never in the whole entire history of mankind has compulsion ever worked; it's long past time for Democrats, liberals, and primitives to give up their Quixotesque ideas, contemplating on what works, rather than what's never worked.

Absolutely! Look how well it's worked in Venezuela!
Now I think about it, don't a lot of DU-folk believe Venezuela is doing well?

Dummy-speak: "In America, you have to stand in line at the grocery store. There are no bread lines in Venezuela."
Reality: Venezuela outlaws standing in line for food.

They have no concept of business or markets.
Viagera is something that a large portion of nearly half the population may use at some point.
That is a pretty good market target.
Other drugs have less then 10% of the population utilizing them so the production costs are offset by a much smaller market.
DUmbasses are just stupid.
