The double standard in crystalline clarity
Clinton is overly scrutinized for her political works, rarely given credit for her record of public service, steadiness, experience and stateswomanship, while the dilettante Trump is praised for his bluster, hardly ever called on his outrageously untenable proposals and is labeled "presidential" simply because he avoided having an apoplectic episode in public.
Yet somehow, it's Clinton who supposedly has the trustworthiness deficit?
It only goes to show how utterly broken our political system is, under a biased and feckless press. As long as it remains that way don't expect our electoral system to improve and our electorate to become properly informed.

2. Similar to other false equivalencies, such as giving equal time to flat earthers.
Or, maybe the earth really is only 6,000 years old? Film at 11!
Or, "many credible experts believe that the earth is really cooling, not warming. Bill O'Reilly has the story!"

3. Another K and R.
The sexism issue. Sigh.
There are a lot of Male People who will fight you over it. Especially if you're a Female Person.
Sigh. Sexism.
smh
Chronic shitter Tobin weighs in on the issue...

5. Yeah, I was just talking to my wife about that.
I recently had a little flame war on facebook with a guy who supposedly wasn't supporting Trump but thought Hillary was a "vile bitch."
I have seen those words used against Hillary probably nine or ten times recently on facebook by men. They offer no real reasons why they dislike Hillary and they don't offer any evidence or facts, she's just a "vile bitch" in their view.
They need to wake and smell the ****in' coffee. They don't like Hillary because she's a woman, plain and simple. It doesn't matter what she does or what she says, they don't want a woman leading this country and they don't like seeing a woman have power.
I don't know if these guys are fully aware of why they feel the way they do. I don't know if they understand. Men have been taught that they are better than women for a long time. As a society, we are probably not going to throw that off for a while, but having a female president will make some inroads.
People don't like Hillary because she's a vile lying hateful bitch.

4. It goes to show how important it is to own 90+% of the media
that really shapes perceptions.
The only piece they don't own is the internet, but they have it targeted for takeover.
Yes, these idiots truly believe that 90% of the media is in the tank for the right wing. :thatsright:

10. The media supports the needs of the oligarchy.
Widespread ignorance and a paralyzed political system works well for them.

Credit, Pineapple Head? Credit, like respect, is earned. Felonia von Cankles hasn't earned it.

Here's an idea: if Hillary Clinton wants people to know about her record, why not highlight it in her campaign ads on TV? The ones I've seen have all been vacuous attacks on Trump, declaring him "unfit to be president". The focal point of her campaign seems to be one note of down with Trump/defeat Trump/Trump no good/etc., instead of "here's why you should vote for Hillary."
You can cry"SEXISM!!" all you want; people know by now to take those accusations with a grain of salt.

I guess it hasn't entered - through any portal - Tober's skull that many/most of those he accuses of sexism voted for a woman, Sarah Palin, to be a heartbeat away away from the Presidency. Nor that many/most of them supported a woman, Condi Rice, being 4 heartbeats from the Presidency.
The real reason those people called The SHREW a "vile bitch" is that they for got to add "elitist", "corrupt", and "inept".

Um, no. They don't like her because she blatantly breaks laws and never has to pay for breaking them.
-
First of all,
They offer no real reasons why they dislike Hillary and they don't offer any evidence or facts, she's just a "vile bitch" in their view.
They probably laid out several legitimate reasons, and quickly (it's so easy to do). Tobin just let them sail over his head.
Second of all,
stateswomanship
made me want to throatpunch him. Clunky language.

Oops! I forgot to include "felonious scofflaw" in my list of adjectives.

1.) The challenge with The SHREW isn't finding reasons to oppose her, but in remembering them all and finding ways to enlighten some one who is willfully clueless.
2.) Karin, I think Tobers is well padded in most places one might ordinarily wish to punch or kick.

I agree. They support the wife of a former president who is in control of a billion dollar scam created for personal enrichment and who is the darling of the investment banks.

You mean like the Russian re-set button? The Arab Spring? Benghazi/Libya? Syria? Iran's nuclear program? The creation and rise of ISIS? North Korea? etc....

I don't like Hillary because she is an untrustworthy, lying, unscrupulous, self-absorbed liberal. Her self identifying as a woman has nothing to do with it.

You are confusing our political system with your own mind, again, Mrs Corpio.
