I have to admit, DU-folks' childishness in compiling a list a list of derogatory names for Trump pales, for now, with the giggliness I've been seeing from Prog FB Friends - I have several, and have no plans to unFriend them - over the naked statues of Trump.

Speaking of which, while NYC tore "theirs" down, an SF Stuporvisor is working to "save" the one set up in SF's Castro District (http://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/nevius/article/San-Francisco-delighted-by-naked-Trump-statue-9171625.php).

For whatever their reason I cannot picture folks here getting all giggly over the idea of naked statues of The SHREW being set up in various US cities.

1.  How puerile and nearly racist is it to refer to a person's ethnically odd-sounding ancestral surname as a means of mockery? 

2.  The family name was changed from Drumpf to Trump during the Thirty Years' War of the 1600s.  At least we (and author Steven Coonts) use a former legal name used during his lifetime when calling the current President "Barry Soetoro".
