I have an old, old, old friend who won't vote.

He tried to tell me that it doesn't make a difference, that Washington is just a circus.

I put it back on him. I told him it's a circus because people like him won't vote.

I told him that my niece wouldn't have had healthcare coverage in the 1990s without SCHIP (Hillary's), and that my son is able to go to school today in part for the work she did in identifying the disability problems of access.

I asked him him why he was complaining, and told him as long as people like him sit on the sidelines, why should they expect anything to get better?

I wish you DUmmies would post links proving all this good work the old pant suit has done. I know that will never happen.

Plot twist: she convinced her friend to vote for Trump, as will she.

Am I the only one who gets aggravated when the Libs talk about health care coverage as if it was health care itself?
I don't see SCHIP as a major accomplishment because the pool of people in question are the ones least likely to need health care.

What a load of horseshit!  What does the second part of that sentence even mean?  She didn't do shit as a senator.  She got a road renamed after someone, and maybe renamed one of those turnpike crappers.  "The work she did."

To be more specific, From The Observer:

Quote
As Senator, Ms. Clinton co-sponsored 711 bills, with only three passed into law: One designated a national historic site and the other two renamed a post office and highway.

Would that be the "Stained Blue Dress National Historical Cloakroom"?

Not only that but the SCHIPS program, while popular, is payed for with.... wait for it... other people's money!!!

That is what Byrd and Rockeysmeller told me (popular) when I sent a bitch letter to both when they voted to raise taxes on smokes. I wrote back that if someone was else was paying for my kids health insurance it would be popular with me too and if their asses were so concerned with the lack of health care for the kids why don't they pay for it.

I never received a reply.

Pisses me off.  If you can't afford to raise them, then don't breed them.
