So the TX wingnut Governor (disabled) now has scalded limbs (I didn't wish it on him)
Just reporting that he has slashed Medicaid for kids/whomever, has smiled and smiled about closing as many Choice clinics as possible, has SUED "OBAMA" and the national government scores of times, SLASHED the top limit *OTHER* people can sue for in dollar amounts while *HE* reaped a couple of twenty millions over *HIS* disability.
I'm not superstitious, am a Secular Humanist. Although am wondering about "karma" ...

Texas governor burned in accident; could miss GOP convention
DALLAS – Republican Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas sustained "extensive second- and third-degree burns" on both legs below the knees and both feet — and may miss next week's Republican National Convention as a result, his office said Sunday.
Spokesman Matt Hirsch said Abbott was with his family in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, on Thursday when he was scalded in an accident involving hot water. He declined to provide further details. ....

6. I don't think of karma as a self-governing goddess as much as the idea of a tapestry of life
being woven by the choices we make. Outside what happens to him, he is a POS and should resign as soon as possible.

23. I love my DUers/Dems/Libs for the compassion they show to even dastards
I'm on the shock-line, not the elevated plane. I don't wish ill but sit on the riverbank.
I'm just asking: Did this man feel compassion for:
* the kids whose Medicaid he slashed?
* the persons who suffered disabilities like his, whom he later capped from suing for the millions that he got for himself?
* the underprivileged women who needed the clinics he helped to close?
* the underprivileged of whatever category against whom he sued the Feds to keep from serving?
* the minorities he has slighted and insulted while pandering to racists?
Repeating, I didn't wish things on him. And also I'm not wishing anything *for* him. He is what he is.
:whatever:

God, I loathe these revolting creatures. I just knew they would not be able to help themselves.

It would appear that the DUmpster full O' vibes is empty. No healing while light either.

After being at Jackson Hole last week and Yellowstone my first thought was he stepped in a hot spring.
I hope he is well soon. My worst fear is to be burned.
* and if karma does exist then watch out Dems.....you have applauded millions of abortions...your time might be coming.

Governor Abbott is a paraplegic and has been in a wheelchair since he was 26 years old, so he couldn't have stepped in a hot spring. Whatever burned him, he couldn't have quickly moved away from it, as anyone who isn't paralyzed would. And it was probably exacerbated by limited sensation. Unfortunately, according to articles I have read, he still has active pain receptors so his spinal cord injury didn't spare him the pain. :-(

Oh, that's just awful. Lots of prayers for him.

I sincerely doubt he'll step in anything. He's a paraplegic in a wheelchair.

I do believe that, when he made his statement On the Dallas police ambush, he had already been burned. Shows just how tough he is.
