This world we have always dreamt of:. The US Marine Corp will pay for gender reassignment surgery
http://www.marinecorpstimes.com/story/opinion/2016/06/30/new-rules-transgender-troops/86555558/
"The Pentagon will pay for health care support related to gender transition in cases where a military medical doctor determines that is necessary, according to the new policy."
This is exactly in line with the historic mission of USMC. Be the simplest, most effective, bravest and most Spartan fighting force in the nation. The Devil Dogs of WWI and the veterans of Iwo Jima are weeping tears of joy.

What in the ****?

:o Ummm, no. No, it's not. Only sub-retards think that way, like you.
The historic mission of the Marine Corps is to seize and hold advanced Naval Bases, preform amphibious assaults against enemy held same and preform shipboard functions, as needed.
YOU ****ING MORON.
The Devil Dogs of WWI and the veterans of Iwo Jima are weeping tears of joy.
My assessment was too generous. You're below sub-retard.
What in the ****?
 Being as all the WWI folks and, a ever decreasing min
ority of WWII vets are still around, snowflake is putting false narratives in their heads.

Tears of WHAT?
Only six replies. What's going on with the lackluster response? Do any of them have the feeling this is all getting just too moonbatty for normal Americans? Someone questions the logistics:

6. I have to question how they will manage neoclassical readiness and deployability in these cases
I expect the other services to be similar, but for the Army most medical conditions that required a steady supply of a drug not on the common list and not one that you could just had off a years supply of made you non-deploy able. And any condition that made you that way permanently or for many years was grounds for a medical discharge, because if you can't deploy you are no good to a unit and if they have to keep shuffling you to other assignments that don't deploy that means others take up the slack and go more often.
There was news earlier this year that the Army was going on a big move to identify and remove non-deployables from the rolls again.
As an example, if a Soldier develops sleep apnea and is prescribed a CPAP that makes them non-deplorable and will usually result in a medical discharge.
Every transgendered person I know depends on a pretty intense regular cocktail of hormones, and those are not going to be stocked in the pharmacy on bigger bases and certainly not available on remote FOB's or in the field. They also need pretty regular visits with the doctor prescribing and managing their regimen and that won't be available.
Not saying that applies to every trains person, but I know it affects a lot of cases.
It will be interesting to see how they manage this.

I thought perhaps the DUmmy was being sarcastic. But who knows with those clowns.

That's gotta be sarcasm.

Personally, I don't think it was sarcasm. I went over to the original article at the marinecorpstimes, and read some comments. They are outraged, especially in light of the shitty VA "care." I sense a pattern about these articles. One to three libs station themselves at each of these articles, and pounce on every one of a normal person's posts. They're sitting there hitting refresh and replying in insulting, assholish ways.

Hi5 for pointing out the truth behind this. WTF are they thinking accepting people who are non-deployable... PERIOD. Bradley Manning is a great example of what we will have to look forward to as soldiers and marines with this nonsense. But then again, that is exactly what the DUches think is 'brave'.
