I'm old, white, liberal, female and disgusted.
The long of it, I'm sad that Bernie has lost, at least for now.
The short of it:
I'm sick of being ostracized, criticized, belittled because of my position. Discourse is good, hate is not one of our fine points!
I supported Bernie and will until the end.
I do not appreciate the cruel comments from the opposition regarding my position and that of others on this site.
Most of us try to be fair, to post our opinions, to inform. But to those who gloat, rub it in, call us disillusioned...too much.
This opinion applies to both sides.
If Hillary won fair and square, fine. Yes, I am sad about that. If problems arise later that question her past, her capabilities, don't tell me I am a foolish old lady. I supported the person I thought would be the best representative for all of America.
I will support Bernie until and if there is no other option.
As for November. Maybe I'll sleep in.

Primitives, and liberals in general, claim they are caring, compassionate, and want what's best for all citizens and the country. But when you read their posts, and especially the things they say to and about those with whom they disagree, they're the most vile and hate-filled rants one could ever find written.
They behave that way, but then expect others to see their POV and agree with them. Self-examination and reflection on themselves isn't part of their makeup. And they can't figure out why they end up like they do, except to blame others for their own hatred.
It's just one of those things I know we all know about liberals. Still amazes me they can't see it. It's got to be because they don't want to believe it, or think they're too smart and it just can't possibly be that way, or who are conservatives to point fingers at others, etc... Never do they see the truth about themselves. Never.
