Never heard of it, have you? But everybody's heard of Trump University. Wonder why that is?
Hillary University: Bill Clinton Bagged $16.46 Million from For-Profit College as State Dept. Funneled $55 Million Back
In April 2015, Bill Clinton was forced to abruptly resign from his lucrative perch as honorary chancellor of Laureate Education, a for-profit college company. The reason for Clinton’s immediate departure: Clinton Cash revealed, and Bloomberg confirmed, that Laureate funneled Bill Clinton $16.46 million over five years while Hillary Clinton’s State Dept. pumped at least $55 million to a group run by Laureate’s founder and chairman, Douglas Becker, a man with strong ties to the Clinton Global Initiative. Laureate has donated between $1 million and $5 million (donations are reported in ranges, not exact amounts) to the Clinton Foundation. Progressive billionaire George Soros is also a Laureate financial backer.

Well, I, for one, am not convinced that was a pay-for-play scheme. I mean, it could totally be a legit business move. It brings much needed gravitas to the institution, and for under $4M/year! I mean, c'mon, look at it! The institution was so legit, the Dept of State paid them millions! That founder is a real businessman; he got at least a 300% ROI for that hire.

55 million dollars of taxpayer money went to the ones running that college. 55 mil. What did Hillary do with the 6billion the state dept lost on her watch? During her term America will be lucky to be like Venuzela. :argh:

Comparing Trump U to
The scandal involves a dubious Laureate Education for-profit online college (Walden) and entails many of the common elements with other Clinton scandals: huge sums given to the Clintons and questions of conflicts with Hillary Clinton during her time as Secretary of State.
There are distinctions to draw between the two stories, but the virtual radio silence on the Clinton/Laureate story is surprising. [I have updated the original column with some additional thoughts, links, and clarifications for readers).
Whatever you think about Jonathan Turley, he does not hold back in the article. :-)
