Mostly just a DUmmie that is lamenting their lot in life, however there is another DUmmie that comes up with a useful solution that is promptly shot down...

Again with the PsyOps. "Optimism"? Is that the new Hope and Change?

Why using facts and sense has become uncool.

So now cherry picking data to show using ****ing "Optimism", is going to take all the bad away?

More woo?

Maybe people complain because other people don't take the time to process data logically and systematically and instead, fall back on woo?

Maybe people complain because it is truly bad for people out there but it's better to sing kumbaya than actually address the issue frankly.
My brother and sister had to move back home with my mother because they couldn't find jobs to support them, so my mom who relies on a single soc. sec. check has to pinch even more.

Amazing that the media tells us the opposite:
http://money.cnn.com/2016/05/23/news/economy/us-full-employment-williams/index.html

So what's next?

We need the TTP, TTIP, for even more wonderful, beautiful, so happy your shitting rainbows employment?

The 2 most disliked presidential hopefuls are our only pick?

I'm so confused as to which to pick now. Optimism, Hope and Change, Burying my head in the sand? .....what to pick, choices, choices.

What's with the deluge of false logic this monday? It's everywhere.

7. Rather than fix the world, why don't you give your Mom a break, and

Take in your Brother and Sister.

^^^ Actually useful suggestion

8. What a heartless post.

Millions all around the world are living with this same situation. The difference between those with vast wealth and those just not making it has never been greater. Yet your solution is to take care of your own. With what?? When jobs are being sent overseas, trade deals are cutting manufacturing and other employment, social programs are being cut back - how exactly are people supposed to make it, when all profits are siphoned upwards towards the corporations causing this?

^^^ It is not my fault therefore I amgoing to just sit on my ass and wait for somebody to help me

11. Does Phlegm gave a job? Does he earn more than his Mom's SS?

That's a legitimate question when assessing options. Families help each other. Rather than being immobilized by the injustice of the world, do what you can. It's not heartless. He should help his Mom out.

^^^ Mr. Loogie continues with the logical suggestions (he is not long for life on the island)

12. Why is it shitty? Phlem knows I'm right. It's logical.

^^^ Give it up already - you are fighting a losing battle...

13. No, it's an ugly, personal and stupid question. Have you not read of all those millions who actually need political change to even have a chance of making it?

primitive, if you believe some big gov't program is what's needed to deal with life's situations, then you're in the wrong universe.

Dummie is setting up, ever so slyly, a begathon.  2 months from now dummie will be begging for money to help his family make it.

19. No I don't have a job. I've been contracting here and there Since NAFTA.

My job went overseas and try and prove age discrimination in the game industry. There are cheaper artists in other countries with a much, much lower cost of living. Sorry to burst your world view but I need to focus on my wife and child right now.

Your a ****ing train wreck.

PS and don't give me that shit about "but NAFTA was about Mexico bullshit" outsourcing went boom at the same time.

What an ugly person you are.

It sounds like the Phlem primitive is a little strapped for cash himself, just scraping by in Barry's gig economy.  Won't be long, he'll be moving back in with mom too.  It'll be one big happy family with mama taking care of the whole brood, just like when they were kids.

I almost feel sorry for the mom, but she must have raised them wrong so she's probably getting what she deserves.

No job. Contracting here and there since the mid-90's. Even considered trying to claim "age discrimination." Placing his wife and child in economic peril.

The Phlem primitive is the train wreck.
