Trangender Bathroom Rights Does Not Equal Eliminating Separate Bathrooms
I 100% believe transgendered people should be able to use the bathroom with the gender they identify with. However, more and more, I keep seeing articles like this that say sex-segregated bathrooms are obsolete, and try to make a pseudo-academic gender-studies-ish case for that idea. I am aware of the difference between sex and gender.
However, there comes a point where men and women do not want to hear and smell each other do their business. There comes a point where some progressives start trying to take things too far and make mainstream Democrats and progressives look like kooks. If we can let transgendered people use the bathroom they've transitioned to, then let the vast majority of people, cisgendered, also keep their bathrooms.
I just wanted to catch this one before it goes down the memory hole - there may be some potential here. Eric, on the other hand, is living dangerously...

5. Bathroom bills do make all facilities, including bathrooms, unisex
Locker rooms, hospital rooms, shelter facilities as well as bathrooms and more that were previously designated for females must now be opened to not only transgender females but also males as per the so-called "bathroom bills". The same applies to male facilities.
If you are a female, and you see a male in the female bathroom you are not allowed to question why that person is there. That would be discrimination. That's why bathrooms effectively become unisex under these type of ordinances.
I think some people do not realize that transgenderism is a spectrum.
A transgender female might have sex reassignment surgery, take female hormones and wear feminine clothing.
But a biological male who has no intention of ever having surgery, taking hormones or wearing feminine clothing can also be considered a transgender female as long as they personally identify as a female.
So one cannot assume that someone who "looks male" is actually a male.
Since previously sex-segregated facilities are now being re-classified as all-gender, businesses and the like should upgrade their facilities to feature more privacy/security options for those who desire them.

Huh? I am pretty sure that the bathroom bills are saying the exact opposite. However, this is exactly what the Obama adminsitration just told every school district in the country.

Love it. And I can't believe how invested obozo is in this! I think Stinks called the gov of NC "Governor Bathroom." He should look at his own idiot president. He even injected it into a graduation speech!

Charlotte NC is to blame for that whole mess. They were going to pass a law to allow men into all women's bathrooms with no exemptions for religious liberty, even churches.
The left wants to make women victims, just to give freaks some imagined right that doesn't exist.
