Discovery or one of the related conglomerate channels go through a spasm of showing it every once in awhile.  It's (Completely unintentional) comedy gold.  I used to tell the captains who worked for me to watch it for an amusing example of completely dysfunctional leadership.

I always enjoyed this show, but probably because I always watched it as a comedy.  Perfect example of a bunch of people who couldn't pour piss out of a boot if the instructions were written on the heel.
