Stockton Veterans Memorial Vandalized

STOCKTON -- You don't have to look hard to see graffiti along the waterfront in Stockton. It's on the railings, covering concrete and muddying up signs.
Vandals have defaced the firefighters memorial and other nearby sites, too.
And now this.
Some people have no respect whatsoever. :mad:
