When those huge corporations get sick of the "revolution" and begin to move more of their jobs

outside the US...what will Bernie and his supporters do then?

Most of the replies are "typical Republican."

10. So you are now openly Republican instead of furtively Republican. Good to know.

15. Many of his supprters will likely create jobs through small businesses

And Bernie will help by not being openly hostile to them like the various corporatist candidates in both parties.

20. Well as a fundamental Bolshevik, I'd say.........

occupy the closed plants WITHOUT compensation for the traitors who move out of the country, take no-interest loans from the taxpayers in order to continue operations and do it for a small administrative cost and NOT for profit.

That Bolshevik is one funny dude.

Imagine all of those Bolsheviks, "occupying" factories with no utilities, raw materials, transportation, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or buyers for their non-existent Bolshevik products.

Sounds like a full-on Bernie Sanders rainbow unicorn fantasy.

Which they could do today, if they weren't socialist scumbags.

Reminds me of an old Soviet "joke" I heard in the 80s.

"We pretend to work. They pretend to pay us."

Also there won't be any machinery/equipment left in the factory to make what the previous owners produced. When someone moves their business, they either move the equipment to the new location or sell it off to other companies.

Good point! I forgot about that.

Lines of credit, too. Poof, gone.

Had any DU-member read Gulag Archipelago they'd know how well that worked in the USSR in the 20s and 30s. Machinery breaking down due to overuse without maintenance. Workers and engineers railroaded through sham show trials and condemned to being shot or worked/starved to death in labor camps. The same process inflicted on farmers, resulting in massive famines. Intra-party purges (like Lenin, Bernie will probably die, possibly of natural causes, early, with a Stalin-like monster stepping into the chaos) ... 10s of millions slaughtered directly, in labor camps, and by starvation ... welcome to Worker's Paradise 2.0!

Feel the Bern. If it worked for Castro and Chavez, it can work for Bern.
So much stuff will be free!!! Shovel-ready free stuff!!
He will destroy the banks and pile stacks of twenties on every street corner!!
Self-proclaimed communists on the Supreme Court!

The scary thing is, if he beats the Hildebeast, he WILL be the next president.

Pre-Obama I'd have laughed right along with you.

Now...that's a much more likely scenario than either one of us want to admit.
