The blast happened in the parking area of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, Lahore, a few metres away from children's swings, and most of the victims are believed to be women and children.

Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, a splinter group affiliated with the Pakistani Taliban, has claimed responsibility for the attack, adding: 'The target was Christians.'

It is not just Christians in Iraq and Syria who have to deal with Jihadists from ISIS. Pakistan has a sizable Christian population and they too are being persecuted.

Truly cowardly and evil right there!  :mad: :argh:

Have a neighbor who is Iranian, been in the US since the Shah was deposed. Her mom returned to Iran and the neighbor went to visit for 3 weeks. She's a nice lady and was glad to see her return safely. She was literally living dangerously, going to a Mass when she was there. A Christian has to have courage to practice their faith in those ME countries.

I used to work with a guy that is about ten years younger than me.  If you addressed him as an Iranian, he hated it.  He was Persian, the modern Islamic mullahs in Iran be damned.

Might not say much at all, since it's Lahore, Pakistan, not Brussels, Belgium. Progs' professed concern about third world countries is at least partly shtick-for-the-masses.
