TUCSON- Jared Lee Loughner has filed a complaint in Federal Court against former Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in connection to the January 8, 2011 mass shooting that left six people dead and 13 others wounded, according to court documents filed on March 18.

Loughner is seeking $25 million in damages, according to the court document. He claims Giffords caused him "emotion [sic] and psychologist distress."
