Trumpism: Well unlike the rest of our glorious media

( I am sure the board rooms want Trump), I started to look into his political philosophy. I have yet a couple books to go through and as many speeches as I can find transcripts to.

Why is this important? Well... the first thing I can kill is the Bill Clinton convinced him to run Nope, The first time Trump played with the idea the calendar read 1988. This is before the Clintons ever entered the national stage. So you can all put that one to rest, serious.

Trump has a very high image of himself. This fits with the strong man theory. There are some things that he has written that fit within conventional libertarian thought. Among them, the idea that government should go back to just essentially defense,

Within that there is a concept of a glorious mythic past.

I need to finish doing my notes, (I wrote by hand on the plane, so I have to transcribe) but these are the major bullet points so far, If you have been paying attention this will be not surprising at all.

* Disdain for Democracy
*He will not engage in diplomatic talk
* Strong man who believes a business man (unlike the classic colonels in the third world) has the answers, not the professional politicians
* Family values, traditional christian values, that are the heart of American greatness
*"White lives matter," and Whites have been left behind by these changes we are seeing. I am using the white lives matter, in the sense that yes, this is the last hurrah to return the country to the 1950s. The social order has been upended.
*Militarism.
* The only civil servants worth their money are the military, intel and the police, He will dissolve major services, like the EPA.
* Common Core has to go, education must be in local hands and the end of unions for education, bad teaches should be fired.

This are the major points... now back to my notes, and then back to books and speeches.

Oh and the more I read, the scarier he becomes.

Sorry, mistyped the date of the first time Trump thought about a presidential bid.

11. Yup, I have notes all over on Alpha Male, or strong man characteristics.

These were just the high (or low) points depending on your point of view.

Though he is correct on a few things, like people despise DC, and politicians. or how the political media is trying to control the process. So there are moments I go, well he gets that point, but his solutions are not precisely good.

13. That is in there

Direct quote:

Quote
A country that doesn’t control its borders can’t survive, especially with what is going on right now.

It is from Crippled America

He also writes, and it is highly coded, that he would prefer any legal immigration to be white, western European and christian. Just transcribing my notes on the immigration chapter, but it is ugly. This is about returning the country to the ordered ways when whites led.

So you have that in there. The otherizing is in full effect

Unlike Mein Kampf, this is actually a surprising easy read. So I suspect many of his fans during the rallies have read the book and I would not be too shocked, if at least some free copies are given away. (And if we have a rally here, I suspect we will be outside with party flavors)

The cousin's waxing autobiographical.

Sounds like nadin to me.

Now, question.

She was apparently on an airplane recently, flying from San Diego to somewhere--I assume Mexico City, as that's where her mother lives, and probably she went to visit.

If she can gallivant all over the place, what the Hell's keeping her from getting over to Ensenada, barely an hour away, to see what's happening there?

I'm pretty sure that she just returned from a two week visit to Mexico, she said in an older thread that her mom underwent surgery for something minor.

That is so great. Pam and the nutcase, both of whom have served terms as DUmmy of the Year, hate one another.

It's a pretty uneven feud, since Pam's IQ is at least 100 points lower, but she can sometimes press the right buttons to get the nutcase riled up.

Pam knows nothing gets under nadin's skin faster than referring to her blog as a blog.

nadin is a journalist, damn it, who runs a paper, damn it, even though any normal person can see it's just a lame, poorly written blog.

This could be a good thread if nadin replies to Pam's "blog" disrespect.

The great irony of all of this, of course, is that when you average the two DUmmies, you get a complete set of human chromosomes: Nads is missing one, and Pam has an extra one.  Ergo, they'd be more palatable if somehow they could each get into a giant blender and set it to frappe.

Well, it doesn't work EXACTLY that way, but at least the two of them would be gone. That's a start.

A gringo driving thru TJ?  Even cuz nadin isn't that nuts!!!

I suspect Ensenada is now for locals only.  After the stunt they pulled about 20 years ago taking over buildings built by gringos in failed ihitos (ijitos?) I would be amazed if there is any tourism left.  I never saw any ads for it when I was in So. Cal. (I am allowed to say that since I lived there from birth to 50+ and that is what we called it), so I bet I am right.

To be fair, nadin looks like every other mujer fea crawling around south of El Paso.  I don't think she has anything to worry about.

You know about the donkey sex slave trade in TJ and they are ALWAYS looking for donkeys.

She has reason to fear.

nads' paper is the paper of the future, paper-free and nearly reader-free.
