First amendment, some folks really do not understand it
First off, it applies to the STATE, not to PRIVATE events. So yes, you can be kicked out of a political rally, or for that matter this site. There is no violation of your first amendment rights. I know some folks say that, but really, it is not.
Second, there is a huge misunderstanding of what it means to disturb a rally. Standing silently with a sign, or wearing a T-shirt is not disturbing the peace. Screaming is, So we are clear.
Trump has been creating the disturbances at his own rallies by having these folks removed for silently standing there, wearing a protest shirt. His calls to disrupt the rallies of other candidates will lead to actual disruptions of the peace. If he did not go and say, "take him out!" and then taunt them to get a job or a slew of other verbal assaults, there I said it, the media would not be following waiting for the next sucker punch. There, I said it.
Now Trump is developing a resistance movement This is the time to take sides, not after the November election. Do as you will by the way. I know exactly where I stand, and trust me, it is not with the let's wait until the November election becuase there is no chance he can ever win the Presidency.
Oh and thank you Bill for the 1996 Telecom act. I swear the second and third draft of history will not be kind to your administration. This is but one reason for that.
Yes. Remember. Disturbing the Peace means when you disturb the peace of the protesters yelling and screaming and rushing the stage.

1. On point #2
Who is allowed to stay, or told to leave is up to the people paying the bills. If a candidate rents a hall for their rally, they get to determine what is disruptive.
No shit.

The First Amendment according to leftists and in particular DUchebags.
1. I can say and do anything I want and even if I step on your rights or safety it is my right.
2. You cannot say or do anything that has a whiff of offense to my delicate and tolerant senses and the government should enforce these rules.

4. Again, UNDER THE LAW that is not disturbing the peace
you can ask them to leave, and escort them out, or you can encourage the violence as has been done.
Not that I expect you to get that FINE FRACKING POINT.

6. "what it means to disturb a rally" is what you said.
That is what I replied to. You're now moving the goal post to what can constitute a criminal charge.
It goes like this:
1. Jackwagon stands up and begins to shout during an opposing rally.
2. Security arrives and tells them they need to leave.
3. Jackwagon shout louder and refuses.
4. Jackwagon arrested and removed for Trespassing 2nd degree.
5. Jackwagon screams about his 1st amendment rights being violated.
6. Jackwagon removed.
7. Jackwagon two stands up and starts process over.
this goes on for several minutes as the disrupters shout down opposing speech. It gets lots of media play of the poor oppressed protesters being dragged away as they passively resist the police and or security.

7. Not moving any goal posts
I do not expect you to get it, especially if I write it.
That is reality
And I find it (tragically) funny at this point.
she can't help herself.

And I find it (tragically) funny at this point.
"Tragically funny." Smoky Robinson said it better.

This rational is expressed at DU Jr too.
Basically,
If the govt denies you the right to Free Speech and Free Assembly that is wrong.
If private citizens deny you the right to Free Speech and Free Assembly then you just have to live with it. Total justification for political violence.
that 2nd view is only so good until a democrat rally is canceled.
