I assume it's referring to Junior...who along with his sister like to take frequent dumps on the Reagan political legacy.

The only thing I heard Ron Jr. say that in anyway could have been construed negatively was that Nancy was fiercely loyal to Ronnie and that you didn't want to piss her off concerning him.
