Oh my.
That's odd, because right now what's going on in Nebraska is the girls' high school basketball tournament, not that.

A few photos AND NEWS from my NE caucus location today (Bernie has YUGE lead in NE)
Up to the moment NE caucus results here: http://www.omaha.com/news/politics/caucus-updates-bernie-sanders-sweeps-sarpy-county-lancaster-county-caucuses/article_0e948b20-e26f-11e5-8813-0389a16e501a.html
Sarpy county had 2 Legislative districts at Bryan High.
It has been a long day. I'm out all day tomorrow for a volleyball tournament. See everybody soon.

Bernie's groups won't fit in one shot. Lower left in head scarf. I gave her and her friend in a wheel chair a yuge hug in the entry hall. I wish I had taken a selfie of the smiles we all 3 had.
From the OWH. This is from my LD where I was a caucus captain.

Of course; it was expected Methuselah would carry the Nebraska Democrats, but that's about all he's going to carry. What's this deal about the old sourassed sourpuss always winning "big" in places he's got no chance to carry in November.....if he were the Democrat nominee?

Hey frank, among Dems I wouldn't have picked NE to have a bunch of Bernie kooks. What's up with that?

It's the caucus, in which only party "activists" get involved.
Like with Iowa.
Regular party members would just as soon spend ten minutes voting in a primary, than a couple of hours with a big group of people they don't know.
And so only "activists" attend the caucuses.
Nebraska allows absentee caucus voting, and Messalina Agrippina avalanched those ballots.
Only people fond of wasting a whole lot of time on politics get engaged in caucuses.
That's why there's no Republican caucus in Nebraska. Just easier to go and vote.
Same for Kansas.
