The Democratic Party has failed White America
...Especially rural White America where many are stupid and uneducated, many are inbred, most are well armed and most are unhappy.
Instead of reaching out to these people to help solve their problems, over the past 2 decades we have resorted to ostracizing them, mocking them, marginalizing them, etc.
This has left them extremely vulnerable and ripe for manipulation by Neo-Nazis groups, Fringe mormon sects, the GOP and even foreign Governments such as Russia because of this, we are now seeing attacks on law enforcement, US Government officials and others like never before.
Something is seriously wrong when people are so unhappy with their lives that they would rather pick up guns and take over a remote federal facility in Oregon when they could pick up a book and read it to their children.
The reason is because they're poor, they're uneducated, they are unskilled, they have little to no income so the only thing they have left are guns and a bizarre belief in non-existent man in the sky.
When you have nothing, you feel like nothing and you're constantly trying to become something unfortunately the only way they feel that they can make their miserable lives worthwhile is by committing attacks. We see this very thing happening in a certain region of the middle east.
I'm sorry but Global Warming awareness, Gay Marriage and Abortion rights isn't going to make this problem go away and although these is very important issues, they are not an end all solution.
Our own hubris, smugness and arrogance towards these people have led to the rise of thugs like George W. Bush, Sarah Palin and Donald Trump.
Instead of screaming "RACIST!", "NAZI!", "TEA BAGGER!" etc maybe we should be asking why Jim Bob and Sandy Anderson and Bucktooth Billy are so unhappy with their lives. What are their finances like? Are they barely living paycheck to paycheck? Can they afford rent? Can they afford to pay for healthcare for their disabled baby that was a product of incest? Have they lost a job recently due to a factory closing?
I bet if we sat down and had a real conversation with these people we'd find out a lot. If we continue on the path of ostracizing them, we will all lose in more ways than one.
We cannot and we should not fail these people.

951 is the area code for the city of Riverside in Southern California. The place is mostly white, kind of an armpit of a city. Big city, but some of it's rural, and desert, smoggy too. It's pretty much blue collar. I can imagine this guy as some early 20's ahole of a kid whose probably talking about his family and neighbors who he hates because instead of getting into guns and blue collar work, he went to college and got his nob pierced.......
The whole thing feels like he's projecting his own garbage onto who he calls "rural white America." He needs a hug from his daddy.

Given the marginal (putting it kindly) coherence of this paragraph, maybe this denizen of the Inland Empire should look for incestuous convergences in his own family tree's roots. Or at the least, his/her sobriety when composing that post was dubious.
Does (s)he realize rural people are more likely to receive payments for crops, livestock, or timber they've sold than bi-weekly or weekly paychecks? That they're more likely to own their land than be renters? That they've probably never worked at a factory so as to be laid off ... because they don't live in the cities where the factories are located?

Speculating - and maybe projecting more than a bit - I'm guessing 951-R recognized Tsaritsa CHILL's corruptness and/or incompetence, and that The Bern would prove disastrous. IOW,given the current field, 951-R saw Trump as the least awful in the field of those with a chance of winning. Or maybe he posted a scarcasm that was construed literally.
