Now, I was waiting for this to show up as a bonfire on Skins's island.

But I had figured Pedro Picasso would be the one to light the fire, given how he's always upset that a major news event interferes with coverage of some sort of inconsequential congressional hearing held in a closet.

Anyway.

On cablenews, the earthquake appears to trump Ted "Master Tuber" Stevens.

It's been wall-to-wall earthquake for two hours now.

CNN and MSNBC are both interviewing anybody wanting to relate their personal experience. MSNBC just had a seven year old on.

Where's Ted?

Does anybody know where Karl and Dick are?

Suppose they happened to be in Lost Angeles today, and did this?

1. CNN just showed some reporter in a grocery store.

Apparently some canned goods fell on the floor.

3. But did they cover the spilled milk? That's where the action is!

Hmmm.

One wonders how the action is, on the impeachmentbeach.

Obviously, President Bush caused the earthquake in order to distract people.
