I really don't know if I can do this, but I need some help

I started a GoFundMe page. https://www.gofundme.com/d6ndjbpk

I don't know if this is allowed, and this is terribly embarrassing, but I need some help. I don't know how it happened, but my bills have really caught up to me and while I've been able to make due for the time being, significant increases in my rent, credit card bill, and electric bill have made it increasing difficult to meet all my financial obligations. I have a second job, but it's slow in the winter months and that second source of income has all but dried up until spring as it's largely an outdoor job.

I hope that you can take a look at my page and perhaps give me some help. If this isn't allowed, I am very sorry. This was damn hard to write this. If you can help, I would be incredibly gracious and appreciative.

Thank you,

Steve

What the heck? Unemployment is down, gas is cheap, ISIS is on the run, and Hillary's kill squad is prepping a syringe for Bernie. Why do any of them need money? (http://www.democraticunderground.com/10027588064)

Funny, he has money for expensive beer:

4. I picked up some Dogfish Head Namaste for tomorrow

Going with the hard stuff for day 1 of the Blizzard.

For the non-alcohol essentials, I stocked up on batteries and tuna fish.

And money to play the lottery:

From the beggar page.

This is certainly one of the more difficult things I've had to do, but I need some help.  My name is Steve.  I live in Baltimore, Maryland and I have spent most of my adult life working in public service doing my part as a good citizen.

Working in the public service isn't easy, we certianly don't do it for the money as there is none to be had. That's ok, I really like what I do and I like to think that I'm doing good work for the people of Maryland.

Unfortunately, I do have bills. A lot of them, student loans, cable, electric, credit card, rent, insurance, etc.  For the most part, I've been able to keep them in check, but lately they've caught up to me.  My rent has been increased, my cable bill has gone up, and years of low salary has resulted in high credit card debt.  I know, that's certianly my fault.

A text book lesson in leftist failure.

"I don't know how it happened ..." - Let me help you understand.

"... I've been able to make due ..." - Grammar and spelling aren't the be-all and end-all of life, but frequent grammar and spelling mistakes can be a barrier to getting a good job or to advancement. The phrase should be, "I've been able to make do,".

"... significant increases in my rent ..." - Ummmmm ..... Baltimore has rent control. Which means that unless this DU-member lives in a place exempt from those laws, the increase was small, but his lifestyle made the increase significant.

"... credit card bill ..." - How do you keep a bull elephant from charging? You take away his credit card! :rimshot: Seriously, the dude should have locked away his credit cards in his safe deposit box or somewhere safe in his home.

"... electric bill ..." - Either this dude needs to learn to exercise some thermostat control, or governmental regs have pushed rates up. Or both. Either way, Own it, dude!

"I have a second job, but it's slow in the winter months and that second source of income has all but dried up  ..." - When part of your income is seasonal, you can't live as if it is steady year-round!

But dude, it's the Obama Administration! High-paying jobs are plentiful! And Baltimore is a D-governed paradise! How could you possibly have a poor job and $$ problems?!

If he voted for Obama shouldn't his life be nirvana now? Living off the corpses of the previously rich?

If you voted based solely on the promise of 'hope' and 'change' you end up hoping some kind strangers will pass you some change.

Dear Steve,
Your president said on his 4.9% day, with a preening arrogance, "you can't argue with facts and evidence."  So, therefore, you are not poor and in financial straits, because you can't argue with facts and evidence.  Problem solved.

Thank you,

I suggest you write to 1600 Pennsylvania ave, Washington DC and ask for help.  You helped the current resident get in office, so I am sure he will help you out.

Now as for your electric rate going up:

"In January 2008 when he was running for President, then-Senator Obama, said, “[E]lectricity rates would necessarily skyrocket…. [W]hatever the plants were, whatever the industry was, they would have to retrofit their operations. That will cost money. They will pass that money onto consumers.” (I Highlighted in red the key part for you dummie

So STFU and pay your electric bill with a smile. Why? Because you voted for the stupid ****er that promised to make it happen. I hope you freeze to death you worthless dummie. I hope you wind up homeless and under a bridge. Why? Because you voted to make it happen. And you will vote for the same in the next election.  So embrace the suck, dummie.
