Bernie doesn't ask as much of working-class folks and the poor-

-because they've already had TOO MUCH asked of them since 1981.

It's time to make those on top give some things up for once, rather than just the majority.

That's the "hard truth".

Am i the only one who wants to punch a DUmmie today?

No sir. You are not alone. I wish I could make this DUmmie sit and listen to my tax plan, then I'd punch him. He'd be far more injured by my tax plan, assuming he lived.  :-)

Socialism will always require that free men relinquish their freedom for empty promises of security.
I am not willing to pay that price.

Bernie's plan still increases their tax burden.

They have no clue how much all but the most useless 15% will be expected to pay for all the freebies.

I think what Bernie wants would require European style taxation... and that will fall on the poor, poor, pitiful poor. VAT tax, gas tax, energy tax, carbon tax, and whatever other tax they will come up with.

Dummies just cannot seem to understand their is no damned free lunch.  Might be different if the US had millions of billionaires. We don't. That means the dumb masses are gonna get taxed.

Even if Bernie gets elected and all his proposals pass, the dummies will still bitch.

Don't forget the TV tax. You want a color tv? pay more. You want a bigger TV? Pay more.

Want "the rich" to pay more? Very easy! One tax rate, a flat percentage. If the rate is 25%:

* Person earning $20,000 pays $5,000;

* Person earning $50,000 pays $12,500;

* Person earning $100,000 pays $25,000;

* Person earning $500,000 pays $125,000;

* Person earning $1,000,000 pays $250,000.

WTH is he babbling about?! "The poor" who don't work get free @#$%! "The poor" who do work get most or all of the Federal Income Tax and Social Security Tax they paid refunded! I won't call "Ken Burch" a liar, because I suspect he may really be that ignorant!

I'd go even farther. My dream is a constitutional amendment which outlaws all existing taxes, authorizes one single tax and limits government to one single tax, and preempts the states so that they can no longer make their own taxes. Property tax and income tax would be history, along with the majority of the irs. The only tax would be on retail spending, and it would be limited to a single rate, no commie brackets.

A "fair tax" would mean the DUmmies have to contribute, therefore it wouldn't be "fair" any longer.   :banghead:

With the EITC, a single working mother, earning in the neighboorhood of 20K, with 2 screaming little tax deductions; will get back around $4000-$5000 more than was withheld.

Reparations have been paid for over 35 years.

Sanders for some reason reminds me of the tax collector character from the Popeye movie.

You know, the primitives spend an awful long time, a big part of their day, obsessing about how much other people have, and how they should get some of it too.

This Ken Burch primitive, an old-timer on Skins's island with no connections to the long-ago banned Fat Che, Ben Burch, Big Mo's new lustknabe, has over the years been one of the most obsessed with the issue.

One suspects the Ken Burch primitive would be much better off obsessing about how much money he has, and how he should work harder to get more of it, if he doesn't think he has enough.

He's really boring and monotonous this way; one sees a post of his and goes, "oh him, again," and then goes on to read something else, already knowing what he said.

Hi 5, my friend!

I went for a drive earlier, it was nice to get out of the house. Along the way, I was thinking about this thread. What else do I think should be done that would give the (D)Ummies nightmares? And it came to me.

In addition to the aforementioned amendment, I'd also add one that clarifies the commerce clause as ONLY referring to disputes among the states where commerce is involved. The federal government has milked that one for way way more than was ever intended. Wave bye bye to a whole lot of big government, and pleasant dreams,(D)Ummies.
