The personalized letters target individual Iowa voters and identifies them as having failed to vote in prior elections. They are admonished and then encouraged to vote this year. In addition the letters identify the neighbors of the voter, and provides their voting history.
The text reads:
“You are receiving this election notice because of low expected voter turnout in your area. Your individual voting history as well as your neighbors’ are public record. Their scores are published below, and many of them will see your score as well. CAUCUS ON MONDAY TO IMPROVE YOUR SCORE and please encourage your neighbors to caucus as well. A follow-up notice may be issued following Monday’s caucusesâ€.

This has been going on for quite some time;
Academic researchers have studied and proven that voter-shaming mailers do lead to increased turnout.
In a paper published in 2008, researchers from Yale University and the University of Northern Iowa reported that they had sent letters to voters with a variety of messages -- voting is public record, your neighbors will know if you don't vote, etc. -- and what they found is that among people who received the mailers "substantially higher turnout was observed."
"These findings demonstrate the profound importance of social pressure as an inducement to political participation," the researchers wrote. In other words, nobody wants to be embarrassed in front of their neighbors.

It was front page news this morning via Fox -- Cruz stated that he would not apologize for trying to get people out to vote. The anti-Cruz phenomenon is in full swing - very disheartening, but I expected as much.

If you got off your knees and took a break from your Trump "support" you'd see its been all over the media.

They are all attacking one another and there's nothing special about Cruz that he should be exempt. You gotta live with it like everyone else's supporters.
Unlike some people on this board, hell, in this thread, I am not going to personally attack YOU for your support (not putting it in quotes to snark at you either) just because I attack your candidate. But public shaming is obnoxious and if he does get these people out to caucus, it won't be for him unless they're masochists.

My echo chamber is anything but personal, outside of those at the Cave in full-throated support of Cruz. I do believe the primary results in all the states will make me a hell of a lot happier than they will you.

I saw it on Drudge...upper left hand corner above the banner at around 10am CET. That's about 2am where you're at.
It was up for quite some time. You probably didn't see it becaause you're incapable of reading anything but pro Trump websites for more than 30 seconds at a time.

You're incapable of addressing any of the legit issues people have brought up with Trump.
You stick your fingers in your ears and call us all haters.
I do believe the primary results in all the states will make me a hell of a lot happier than they will you.
And when they aren't you'll get pissy and take your ball and go home.
